I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and had all the amenities I would expect of a first class hotel. The room was large and plenty of room to walk around the sofa bed that was open and prepared for the third person in our room. I would definitely recommend it and use it again if in Milano. It was close to the train and metro, large rooms with all the expected amenities. Good breakfast choices.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last week. The room was spacious and clean. Love the variety of food choices in the breakfast. Staff at reception was helpful.

This hotel is in a good location. It's close to everything, but also not close to anything in its immediate vicinity. It is quiet at night, and everything is accessible. The rooms are also clean and spacious.
The front staff is hospitable and friendly.
Don't get the breakfast! Instead, visit Norin Coffee Cafe just behind the hotel on Via Faro Gustavo. (It's a 1 minute walk, and just outside the compound.)
There is a BikeMi station just opposite the entrance, and the Metro Line 2 is just a quick walk away. We booked here last minute after another hotel fell through upon arrival, and it was a very enjoyable stay. I would stay here longer if I could, but we had another hotel booked. The downstairs lobby has a big television and a place to sit and chill and hang out as well. If you're looking to stay in this area, I recommend it.

I was charged for the city tax twice and the guy at check out was so inefficient and slow with his check out and then after 10 minutes serving one guy when our turn came he didn’t even look at the city tax issue for us which we we were charged twice and he simply told me that the charges will be refunded automatically. And now after 3 weeks the city tax that was charged twice hasn’t been refunded and also the security deposit hasn’t been refunded as well.
Also the lady at the reception on one of the days wouldn’t give us two umbrellas even though we were four people and my kids had to soak in the rain until we went to nearby shop to buy another umbrella. I just wanted to borrow for 1 hour but she wouldn’t give us more than one umbrella for four of us. Very poor service

Stayed here one night as a stop gap before London. What a place. Great location near Milano Centrale. We walked to the Duomo (hefty hike but worth it). The room itself was great. Apparently all rooms are junior suites? What a great idea! Highly recommend and the restaurant is really good as well

Close to the Central Station, professional and helpful front desk team , nice modern clean room ==> Fantastic stay and will definitely be top choice for my next trip back to Milan 💫

Stayed here in April of 2023. The hotel is near the central train station, which is exactly what I was looking for. The area was safe and had some good restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was very courteous and kind at all times. The premises were spotless. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and many different options.

Appalling service at the front desk. Oh my goodness they are absolutely rude and unwelcoming. It felt as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay with them. I saw three changes of staff, and all three pairs were cold and unwelcoming.

This was not indicated anywhere or when we made a booking. We weren’t the only ones complaining. Two gentlemen were at the lobby, and one said a bottle of wine was promised to them in their booking, but was not delivered. The receptionist - a man - said, so do you want me to send it?!? Without an apology!

A hidden gem of Milan. The price is incredibly cheap considering you get a huge junior suite, rather than a normal room. The rooms are nicely furnished and include a lounge area and a treadmill- this is the first time I’ve seen one in a hotel room. The breakfast is rich and varied, especially for Italian standards, although the quality of the coffee could be improved. A nice bar is located in the lobby, and you get decent snacks included with your drink.
The location is weird, as the hotel is located in a walled-in area and it is a bit difficult to find at first. But it is in a great spot, just 200 meters from the train station and walking distance to the center of Milan.

Rooms here are large and location is close to central station (many hotels in this area are), but that is all that this property has going for itself. The reception and staff while professional, they are cold.
Everyone seems to just be doing their tasks and there is no passion or hospitality. Breakfast has potential but sadly falls short in execution: extremely bitter cucumbers that were hastily (not) chopped, melons with skin still on them, overcooked sausages, etc etc. This building is also in the middle of few other buildings and you need pass a few buildings by foot in order to reach it.
Upon check in, the complimentary water was missing in the room, and loud banging noises from construction in the building, made it impossible to sleep or have work meetings until around 5pm.
