The staff were very friendly and were always wanting to help.
Our room was very quiet and the bed comfy.
Highly recommend this hotel and would come back.
I was forced to pay an additional of $162 euros for - quadruple room, just because I have a toddler baby with me.
The reception staff Dario argued with me from 11am and refused to refund nor let me check-in only after 10pm, after I have made the payment.
This is one of the most traumatic, stressful and frustrating experiences I have with a hotelier. I will not recommend unless you want to be held out till late at night and pay soooooo much for an additional sofa bed which I do not even need.
The hotel itself has great facilities, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s also conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to visit the Milan Cathedral and other attractions. We highly recommend this wonderful place!
