Great hotel in the centre of Milan with walking distance to all attractions, the Brunelleschi hotel made our stay so comfortable with the best service which made you feel like a celebrity. A special mention goes to Romina at front desk who went over and above in helping our family in a very professional way. Rooms are good and spacious and the breakfast would have to be the best by far on our Italian trip.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our one night stay in Milan. Location is perfect to get around the city via the Metro. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for our purposes of needing somewhere to go between sightseeing. Definitely recommend!

Nicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. Free water at the reception (good to have after spending whole day sightseeing and then getting back to the hotel but forgetting to buy a bottle of water in a supermarket). A tiny negative thing is that the air conditioner did not allow to change the speed and temperature -- the control buttons were there but pressing them had no effect. Breakfast is good in the sense of variety of dishes but could still be better, e.g. fried eggs seemed to be cooked with some additions -- the taste was artificial.

Hotel is renovated nicely, and in a very good location. Just 5 mins walk to the Duomo.
Room is great. The window wasn't able to close properly, and we had to endure noises from the road the first night, and had an unpleasant sleep.
The maintenance person helped us with the window, but his attitude really sucks.
Air-con wasn't working very well. It was very stuffy at certain times of the night, and cannot be adjusted further.
Bathroom has spa shower, which was great, though some of the functions wasn't working properly.
Breakfast has a good variety, and is great too. Overall, would recommend to stay here.

We loved this hotel, beautiful room, centrally located close to the Domo and Mall, one of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Would highly recommend it.

Ok, yes the hotel is outdated, it does need a bit of a refurb. But it's basic needs and main thing is cleanliness which they met. Cleaning staff are friendly, towels were clean. For the price we paid, it was adequate. Staff are helpful and responsive. The hotel location is brilliant. Only other feedback is they do need to change the pillows, they're generally quite flat. Good few days stay and compared to the prices of the other hotels, this was a good deal.

I chose this hotel over an apartment in the same area, I've literally steps from teh Duomo. I thought at least I'd get service and breakfast etc. The hotel was tired and fairly run down. Service was really average too. Not warm, more clinical than friendly. I knew it was quite a basic hotel so I wasn't expecting 5 star, however I don't think it was the right choice, the apartment would have been far better quality and price. Very average is the best I can give as a review. The location is fantastic though.

The location of the hotel is amazing - 10 minutes walk from the metro line to the airport, 5 minutes walk to the Duomo.

Most important of all the hotel is spotlessly clean. The room was large, and like stepping back to a bygone era with wood panelling and coloured wallpaper.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The included breakfast was good with great choice.

Unfortunately the bed itself was uncomfortable with worn out springs.

I'd stay again and hope for a different room to improve the bed!
