When we finally got into bed, both of us started itching and scratching like crazy, suggestive of bed bugs (just as another reviewer had mentioned). Also, the room was infested with mosquitoes. On top of all that, there was a creepy mannequin in the room which felt unnerving and out of place.
The only positives: the location and the warm welcome at reception. Beyond that, this hotel does not justify its price or its branding. For the quality of cleanliness, service, and comfort, it was a nightmare. Stay away.
Staff is very welcoming and accommodating.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is ok.
But common space is scarce is not exceptional: there is no lobby, the entrance is almost through a garage, and very small, which leaves very small space yo rest if you re not in your room.
Parking however, is not owned by the hotel. If you park your car you cannot take it out till check out. Which is quite normal in busy cities but a point worth knowing
I stayed here for a short number of nights and it is perfectly located - close to the action and beautiful sights of Duomo. Rooms are very clean with high quality toiletries and beverages in the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I rarely stay in one place more than once but I would happily return.
My only area for improvement would be the hot food options at breakfast as they were quite limited in my opinion.
