Nice sized rooms, very central and staff were extremely accommodating.
Felt like the overall cleanliness of rooms was a little let down. Some of the furniture and carpet were stained a little and seemed worn.
Towels had some (permanent?) marks on them as well but aside from that, was great.

It is our 4th time staying in that hotel.
The central location is great ,2 minutes from the doumo,
The rooms our modern clean and nice.
The management is very helpful and kind,
We had a mistake in our reservation,
They solved it , we were very pleased with their altitude

Great location. ZERO storage to unpack in our Fashion Suite.
Warning. Zero control over AC. If it's cool outside the AC won't come on only heat. Meanwhile rooms get stuffy and won't stay cool unless you open up windows which isn't an option on ground floors due to security
Unacceptable. Paid too much money to have big brother override room AC controls.

Friendly staff and excellent location! I stayed in the suite and the jacuzzi was perfect. The location of this hotel is extremely convenient - just 4-5mins walk from the Duomo and there are lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff of this hotel are super professional and helpful. They took good care of my luggage and recommended a great restaurant to me! Will definitely recommend to others.

The staff at Corner Duomo Hotel is professional and very helpful. I needed to store my luggage at their hotel, and they accommodated me without issue. One staff member even took the time to help me look for train tickets and determine the best means to get to my next destination. When it was time to run to the train station, staff members secured my taxi and made sure I would make it on time.
Overall impression: boutique hotel ambiance with highly professional staff. Excellent customer service.
Small details matter and this hotel knows that is important. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, each one is provided with an illy espresso machine, and the staff are readily available to ensure one’s stay is comfortable. The only downside I can think of is the size of the elevators, but that’s common in Europe.

The service, the rooms, the breakfast, everything was amazing and friendly.
From check in to check out. The corner hotel made us feel extremely welcome. Thank you again to everyone for making our stay so wonderful
We travelled as a couple with a dog. My husband even got a surprise delivered to the room for his birthday.
When in Milan I would always stay here again. Price - Value is on point. Parking is available at the hotel for a modest day price.

Air Conditioning 5/10 : no matter how low you set it, it’s still hot in room. Couldn’t get it lower than 24 C the whole stay. One night it stopped in the middle of the night.

First I arrived and I had a reservation for Suite but they gave me a junior suite room that has the smaller jacuzzi yet the front desk agent insisted he was correct and that the room I was given was a suite while in the pictures it clearly shows that the suite has the bigger jacuzzi and the junior suite had the smaller one (the rounded jacuzzi). We were then moved to the suite room with bigger jacuzzi and the person who helped us moved our stuff to new room my wife said she heard the bad was drop where the laptop was and the screen was broken. I just notice this and waiting for management to hear back from to see if there going to pay up this happened in the corridor so it should had been capture in camera.

When I checked-in, my first impression of the hotel was a small-to-medium sized, clean, modern-type hotel with relatively nice staff. However, when I came back to my hotel room at late night and was about to take a shower, I saw a huge cockroach crawling on bathroom floor and my body shampoo bottle was empty. When I mentioned this to the staff at the front desk in the morning when I was checking out, she said "sorry" and "I hope you come back to our hotel." I don't think I will want to come back to this hotel when other, probably better hotels are available at cheaper rates.

The position is perfect and the room very clean with a nice design. Breakfast was also nice with plenty of options. Will come back for sure.
