Hotel Capitol Milano

I stayed at Capital Milano for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving us sweltering throughout our stay. To make matters worse, they charged us a staggering 2.5 euros for each water bottle in the room, a price that was exorbitantly higher than the nearby shop's 48-cent offer for the same bottle. The breakfast was disappointingly simple, failing to deliver on the promised fresh orange juice.

The hotel's equipment was noticeably outdated and some were even non-functional, including the jacuzzi bath tub and bedside lamps. On top of that, the room service neglected to clean our room on the first day, and the towels provided were stained with red lipstick or some other substance. The accumulation of used soaps in front of the bathroom window was off-putting.

To add to the list of disappointments, the hot water was discolored and filled with dirt when I attempted to fill the tub. The most puzzling aspect was the absence of other customers during our entire three-night stay. It leads me to question if the booking search engine had misled us into choosing this poorly maintained and virtually empty hotel.
