Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale

I’ve had the privilege to travel to a lot of different hotels, and this one by far surpasses them all. With their high quality service, the true kindness and genuine interest of the staff, cleanliness, incredible breakfast, and cool lounge areas, it truly felt like a home away from home.

It was safe, well located near to the central station, and again, staff that really cared.

The spa was also a very special experience, especially after long days walking and touring around.

Highly recommend the Hyatt Centric in Milan!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and most importantly silent. The sound-proofing of this hotel is elite. Everything was new and modern. The quality of the finishes were high as well.

Edit: saw a bunch of people complaining about the light switches. The hotel put literal picture explanations what more do you want 😂

Hotel was nice overall! Staff was really friendly and a quick walk from the train station. Convenient for our trip!

The lighting in the room is high tech and a bit confusing. The rooms are also a bit small so I would pack light.

Location and service is top notch. Moment you enter there is someone to carry your bags. They always pick up your phones , it has an amazing happy vibe . Rooms were clean. Hotel had a weird smell , so reducing one star. Also , The room electrical system is extremely complicated , it’s a rocket science trust me .

My wife and I stayed here for a little over a week while on vacation.

The location could not be more perfect. It's a very short walk from the Milano Centrale station, and another short walk from two different metro stations. Its close to several very good restaurants, and a handful of convenient shops.

The rooms are quite good, with all the amenities you would need. (Iron, laundry service, full bathroom, coffee maker, mini-bar)
The bed is a bit too firm for my liking, but it was otherwise clean and had good pillows. I especially appreciate that they provide ample storage space in the bathrooms so you can actually keep out your toiletries and toothbrushes etc., without crowding the sink. Very few hotels do that in my experience.

Service is very good, the front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room service staff are fast and professional. The room service food is okay, and a little pricey, but you can't beat the convenience.
The food served for breakfast is actually very good, with a decent range of selections from fruit, to pastries, to proteins.

The rooms are very, very quiet! I assume they use very good sound insulation in the walls and windows, since we never heard anything around us or outside the entire time we stayed there.
We also liked that the windows have motorized blackout blinds that completely block out any light from outside.

We were quite comfortable during our entire stay, and we would gladly come back the next time we are in Milan.

There are quite a few hotels within the walking distance to the Milan Central Station but I think this meets the best price value and comfort level.

The only challenge from this hotel is the staircase which goes to the check-in area, besides that everything else was smooth. Staffs were very helpful in providing directions and local recommendations.

My room wasn't ready due to my super early arrival (as anticipated) but they insist the room they had for me was one of their best and they did not lie. I decided to store my luggage and went on a half day tour to Lake Como while my room was getting ready. When I finally returned into my room, I was impressed with how modern it is and how clean it was. The room itself also have an in-room hammam!

It was perfect for my two nights stay as I get to enjoy the room while exploring the town.

Italy was very hot during my stay so AC is a must-have for me. I understand that the room AC was set by front desk so I call gets to fix my AC to the temp desired.

Breakfast was delicious. Choose between American and Italian breakfast (Savory vs Sweet).

It is a hotel that I would definitely stay again when coming to Milano.
