We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zelo in Milan, and were lucky enough to be served by Remus – and we can confidently say: he is the best waiter we have ever encountered. From the very beginning, Remus was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. He understood all our requests immediately and handled everything with such calm and kindness, making us feel truly cared for. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made it all look effortless. It’s clear that Remus is passionate about his work. He creates a welcoming atmosphere with his charm and positive attitude – exactly what you hope for as a guest.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Milano was nothing short of spectacular. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Milan’s Old Town, with some of the best shopping in the world just steps away. It’s a beautifully walkable area, rich with history and charm. The hotel itself is undergoing a full renovation, and we were fortunate to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms—elegant, serene, and exceptionally comfortable. The property’s history as a former convent adds a unique and peaceful atmosphere, with beautiful architecture and tranquil courtyards throughout. As always with the Four Seasons, the service was flawless. The concierge team truly made our trip unforgettable—special thanks to Carlo and Olmo, who went above and beyond to plan an incredible day trip to Lake Como and other local tours. Their insight and care added so much to our experience. One tip: bring bug spray. I had no issues, but my husband was consistently bitten, likely from the lovely garden areas. We are already looking forward to returning to this remarkable hotel once the full renovation is complete. Highly recommend for anyone looking for world-class comfort, location, and service in Milan.

Culture, shopping, and architecture are all at one stop. The hotel is fantastic, and the service is terrific—they greet you by name, and the room service is not to be missed. You are steps to everything. From the time you walk out the door it is eye candy architecture.

Outstanding hotel with top notch service. Highly recommend. We stayed here for 2 nights and were upgraded to a junior suite in the remodeled part of the hotel. The room was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and so quiet. The staff at the hotel is what makes it stand out. We loved the pool, spa and restaurant. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely perfect and unforgettable.

We were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom executive suite. The little touches made this stay memorable. I had mentioned to concierge that we were visiting as my daughter was passionate about fashion and wants to be a fashion designer. To my surprise a beautiful arrangement of chocolates and fashion pictures was awaiting her as a welcome gift. Well let me tell you if you love fashion and shopping this is the place to stay. Endless choices of top fashion designers all walking distance from the hotel. We were also able to walk to major attractions such as the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio. Brera was a nice area to visit as well. The breakfast at the hotel is phenomenal as well as the service. We had seamless train and airport transfers to and from the hotel arranged by the concierge. It was truly a wonderful stay.

The family’s Summer vacation closure was the best of all. Our stay at the Four Seasons Milan gave us a different taste of the city. The facility is very modern in a very historical building. The service of the staff is world class that made us feel very welcome. Food quality in the restaurants is very delicious. The Spa is a sanctuary that takes you to a different world. The hotel is in the middle of high end shopping streets where you can spoil your self for choice.

The spa facility is very elegant, the spa manger was very friendly and attentive.. and i had massage with the therapist Juila , she is one if the best masseuse if not the best.. my experience is excellent and definitely i would come whenever i’m in Milan 👍🏻
