A very nice hotel, great rooms, quiet. The bathroom with all the marble is gorgeous.
The staff at the reception / breakfast are very friendly and helpful.
But, I have one issue; Please be more clear about the spa not being included. After really searching for it, I saw it mentioned on the landing page in the room description, but when booking it doesn't say so in the description and neither is it mentioned on the site about the spa.
Honestly, I couldn't care less about 20€, but this is quite poorly communicated at best / feels a bit underhanded at worst.

The hotel is a bit dated but still very classy and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast spread is great with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, breads and more.
It's located a bit on the edge of the city but is not too far from metro access so is easy enough to get to. There is just not a ton to do around the hotel itself.

Clean and spacious hotel. Staff are excellent especially Tamas at front reception. Prices are extremely reasonable also.. good buffet breakfast too

The hotel is nice, but there is a lot of hidden surcharges… if I knew about it I could book a much nicer hotel for that money. One of the reasons I booked it was the indoor swimming pool, but each entrance to the pool is additional 30€ per person! I was charged aswell 30€ for check out 😂

They had a party when we were there and they were not very keen to shut it down even if all the guesses in the hotel couldn’t sleep. The noise was awful and the answer was not adequate to the situation. Even though they offer us breakfast next morning, not been able to sleep for several hours while we were so tired was not an adequate compensation.

Great location. Has a garage for a fee. Great service from front desk and porters.
My issue is they could not turn off the heat in my room, bathroom gets incredibly hot. I asked the front desk for help who tried to remotely turn off the heat but it didn’t help.

We booked 65 rooms for participants of our programme and everyone was super happy. The staff of the hotel was helpful with all our extra needs. Recommended!

The location was sensational - close to the metro station that leads directly to the duomo and secluded from the city so you can rest
Staff was very helpful, well versed, always on top of things. Hotel was clean, bathrooms were nice, they have a bideu
Breakfast was very good, lots of choices, they replentish the food quite fast
The spa was slightly underwhelming. The pool was nice but it doesn’t fit 15 people comfortably. Too few lounge chairs, hot tub was very small and one of the saunas was closed for reconstruction. But the water was nice
