This hotel is amazing. From the staff to the rooms to the location, everything was 5-stars. Marco and Fabio at the reception desk always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please guests. The beds were wonderfully soft, the rooms clean, lots of hot water and the climate control worked admirably. Breakfast had a large selection of items to accommodate different cultural palates. The location is second to none and is within a short walking distance to the Galleria, the Duomo and a multitude of shops and restaurants. This was my second time to stay at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Milano.

Our experience at Room Mate Giulia Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff took incredible care of our entire family. The team was attentive and tailored our experience perfectly for us, especially with our two young kids.

The hotel’s location in the city center was ideal, allowing us to explore everything easily. They provided fantastic recommendations for dining and activities that the whole family enjoyed.

Room Mate Giulia Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever seen. I have no idea from where I should start, but I would say it was an incredible and charming stay. The hotel and rooms are well designed. The room and bathroom are quite wider than usual. There is everything you desire in the room and many items that make your stay so special and brilliant. The hotel location is near the city center, and there are many shops, groceries, and restaurants near the hotel. Also they offer delicious American cuisine for breakfast with a fare price. Despite the hotel being located in the city center and there being a bit of noise, our stay was wonderful and amazing. One thing I want to say is many thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, generosity, and well-hospitable service, especially Mr. Matteo in the reception. I would rate this hotel (9.5/10) because I saw too many mosquitoes in my room.

We recently stayed at Room Mate Giulia Hotel in Milan for the first time, and it was the best decision we made. The hotel is in the best location possible-close to all the wonderful sites Milan has to offer. The management and entire staff are exceptional in every way possible. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast offered is wonderful. Special thanks to Sara e Andrea for all her help in coordinating our many requests and answering all questions before our arrival. When we return to Milan, we will be sure to stay at Room Mate Giulia Hotel.

The best location for exploring the city! Centrally located but you can get a quiet room. The personal is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is conveniently located and very close. The only issue we had was with the pillows, which were too soft, but to be honest we have never asked for other options, so this one is on us.

The loveliest hotel with the loveliest staff, Perfect location, affordable, accommodating, and delicious breakfast. The front desk and housekeeping team is welcoming and accommodating. A beautifully and lovingly designed hotel at a fantastic location with meticulous standards when it comes to cleanliness and service.
We stayed for 4 nights and could hardly flaw this hotel. Every single day our room was spotless when we came back, the staff was able to answer our questions and requests flawlessly and the unique design made our stay feel special.
If anything, the airco in our room was a little more noisy than expected and the breakfast selection was not exceptional. It was not bad at all, it is not a cheap breakfast though, so a little better options would be appreciated.
The location of the hotel is second to none though. Next to the Duomo, inside the Galleria, close to the subway and tram and castle... what more could you wish for?

Perfect experience without any flaws! Ultra helpful and friendly staff who helped with everything we asked for. Modern, new and clean hotel, spacious rooms, comfy bed (we had great sleep) and the most amazing location 1min walk from Duomo.
