Excellent service, the best breakfast in all of Italy, and I'm still surprised they have a live harpist play music during breakfast. It's a short 5min walk to the Duomo and shops. I stay here every time I visit Milano and will continue to stay here.

This is an excellent hotel choice. Very comfortable rooms and beds, nice location near La scala and duomo and service is spectacular. Front desk service is great. We asked for restaurant, and shopping choices for dresses to attend a wedding. The female front desk staff are very knowledgeable about the city and made thoughtful recommendations that were winners. The breakfast at the hotel is simply wonderful and includes a live harpist who is excellent. Again impeccable service right down to the cappuccino. Can’t say enough about how nice the overall experience was.

We loved the location, breakfast with live music and the staff especially Antonio. He was very helpful in planning our time in Milano and also a day trip to Lake Como, he was excellent and would definitely stay here my next time in Milan

On this last trip, I was pleased to have stay at Manzoni. This charming hotel is well located with the nicest staff. The rooms are kept very clean and toiletries are provided generously. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The location and service are great. We enjoyed the walking distance to major attractions.
Our biggest disappointment was with the room. We got a "suite" which is a two-story room. It was a neat concept, however the room was not all that convenient. Downstairs was the full bath, desk, closet and a lounging chair. Upstairs was the bed and a half bath. So, you slept upstairs (the room was not closed off from the downstairs, but open to it), but you had to go downstairs to shower, get your clothes, etc. Upstairs was really just to sleep. The half-bath upstairs was TINY.
All that was annoying, but the full bath was a terrible. The shower was a tub/shower combo. However, to get IN the tub, the ledge was REALLY high. I'm 5'9" and I struggled getting into the tub and even banged my knee twice. Additionally, the shower rain head is in the middle of the tub (not an end) and there is no curtain or door. So water went onto the bathroom floor. It was honestly the worst shower/bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel.

Fantastic location!!! Easy to get to all the sites from this hotel. Very walkable!! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Best was the rooftop bar where you should have an aperitif before heading out to dinner or to see more sites! A great hotel to stay in when you are in Milan!

This hotel is unorganized and are crooks. I booked an airport transfer with them providing flight information as requested. My connection flight to Milan was delayed due to storm and the airline booked me for a later flight. I called them as soon as I landed in Frankfurt with the new connecting flight information. I was picked up by their affiliated driver and paid him directly. Upon leaving the hotel, I was told I had to pay a late fee plus the total cost of the original driver since he was already at the airport because I did not notify them on time. I am not entirely sure how much earlier I could notify them as one cannot call while en route in the air. And we give our flight number so they can also track for delays. If there was indeed a late fee, I should have been notified of that and paid that in total to the driver who picked me up. This situation was handled very shadily by the hotel and it leaves the traveller feeling helpless that they can put any charges to your credit card on hold. There was a prior review that mentioned they were charged for a water bottle carafe refill that they assume was free. That review is in alignment with my experience with this hotel…scams for additional services and amenities.

Excellent location in Brera. Excellent service. The room itself is a little rough around the edges, but would stay here again.
Bathtub had jets that didn’t work, there were some spots in the room where it looked like a paint touch up could be good.

This is a delightful 4 star hotel that exceeds expectations. The hotel is clean and the bedroom and toilet is spacious. Breakfast is more than decent, nicely and tastefully laid out with a good assortment. Service is outstanding and they speak English very well as well. The bonus was that we arrived in the hotel rather early in the morning and they gave us our room even though check in was much later. Very much appreciated indeed after a long flight. The only negative thing is that our bathroom came with a huge bathtub that was pretty high to get in and out. Might be difficult after a night of too much Italian wine! Otherwise, a lovely hotel to stay in and it's a 10 mins walk to the Duomo.
