Excellent structure, I recommend it both for the quiet location and for the well served public transport to get to the center of Naples ... Very welcoming and helpful staff at all times ... very good structure I will return

The rooms are spacious and clean. If you don’t mind the grandiose 1940’s architecture, then the hotel is fine. Nothing exceptional but nice and spacious. Rooms have high ceilings and electric shutters as well as AC.
The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and somewhat disappointing- mostly pastries and cold continental with 2 semi warm options.
The location is manageable - a bit out of the city, about 20 minutes on the metro train.
The staff here are friendly.

This place looks like a converted nunnery. The rooms are old. There is nothing modern in this hotel. We should have known something when we saw the parking lot was empty! The carpets in the hallways were badly stained. When walking down toe corridor to our rom, I thought about the movie THE SHINING. We forfeited our one night room rate, and ran away

This hotel is very disappointing and what’s even more disappointing about it is I don’t think anyone cares. Rooms are outdated with a lot of dust everywhere, there is no way this is a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 star if any. I wonder does anyone from the management read any of these reviews?!
Breakfast is basically few slices of cheese or ham. No veggies or fruits. I wonder what did the do to the Italian coffee? This one is nothing that I’ve known of the Italian coffee. Not to mention there is a middle aged man who screams at staff every single morning in the breakfast area.
Reception and cleaning are pretty friendly and helpful.
Location is far away from the city but plenty of restaurants in the area.
Overall I’m a bit upset with my Italian experience, but hey, you live and you learn!

Beautiful small hotel Very clean. Main thing with this hotel was the staff being friendly and helpful. Near to metro and busses. Easy to travel around. Standard rooms but very clean. The reception and the bar staff were great. I highly recommend this place

Great historic hotel. Spacious secure parking and great Michele at reception. You will feel at home. Comfortable rooms. Too bad it is far from the view of the bay, but everything else is worth it

The hotel is car away from city center, next to a stadium so all weekend we couldnt sleep beause of a festival. A day before our departure we asked at reception to order a taxi for us - the taxi was ordered right after we came to the reception, not like we asked for a specific time. The hotel also charged us for a dinner we never had there!!! We told at the reception that this is a mistake but despite that they charged my credit card.
