Horrible. AC didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. There are no vending machines. No ice machine. Mold in the bathroom. Floors are coming apart. Ele trical outlets didn't work or they were hanging out of electric box.

Imagine walking the streets of Rome all day in 90 deg heat and having to come back to a room with no AC. We had to open the window which had no screen. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Don't be fooled by the pictures online. It's not what you get. This was our first international trip. We learned for our next trip.

SCAM!!! We booked a double large room and got a single bed where one of us could barely fit. They told us “it is what it is” basically. Even the hot water was not working, to which the response was “if the water is not working in the building there is nothing we can do”. Staff was even not even polite and slightly cocky about the situation. Tourist trap. Don’t stay here.

SCAM!!! Do not stay here. This place is a complete scam. When you check in they take you to a different location a few blocks away. It is located in a sketchy apartment complex that reeks of cigarettes filled with homeless people loitering outside. The room I received was completely different from the pictures and was a windowless, ancient artifact with paper sheets, blood stained comforter, dirt everywhere. Pubic hair all over the bed which by the way is a rock hard mattress similar to that of a college dorm. The walls are paper thin so you can hear people in other rooms and screaming in the delinquent apartment complex where this is located. Everything is broken and only 1 outlet works. There is no cell service as this is located deep inside a cement barricade apartment complex not the hotel it says it is in. The room is so small, filthy and the bathroom is even worse. This should be converted to a homeless shelter as it already feels like one. This is not a hotel in any sense, not even a 1 star. It is extremely dangerous and dirty to stay here. Avoid this place at all costs, which by the way it isn’t even cheap. The only positive is the friendly staff who changed my room however the other one is just as nasty. I hope I do not get killed staying here as it feels like the scene of a true crime documentary.

The dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. We arrived at our first room and it smelled like mold and was not properly clean. Still water and blue soap in the shower and floor. We demanded a new room but the hotel said no and that we had to wait until the next day. We slept in the room with mold with the door open. The next day the management agreed that the room was dirty and ordered us a «better» room for an extra € 180. We had to pay as no other hotels close by had any free rooms. We paid €1,100 for the hotel with another extra €180. Very thin walls. We heard drunk people and couples fighting everyday. The new room also had mold in the shower. The shower did not work and they had to come and fix it 3 times. They left our door open while working with their back against the door. We came back to the room with dirty footsteps on the towels and a half-working shower. Breakfast was oily and bland. Open leaving we asked if they could call a taxi. They charged €65 to book a taxi, €15 over the maximun taxi price for a ride to the airport. Dont stay here if you would like to enjoy a Nice trip. They ruined our vacation with a dirty and moldy room.

Employees working in the rooms Are very helpful. Two employees apologized but never the reception. The employees working the rooms said they knew the hotel was dirty and that they only worked there

The standing of the room is far different from the picture on booking. The room was dirty and location different from the hotel itself. When we asked for a different room and complained of the state of the room they told us that they are going to change our room when possible and let us know. Of course they did not. Very bad.
