Reviews
From the staff I can highlight Federico, the receptionist, very friendly and helpful, he made our stay brighter. Breakfast service is favouring locals only - we never were offered a teapot for tea, but for italian visitors they brought it.
Also hotel location not meant for walkers as there are no pedestrian ways and you need to walk on the busy road bypassing the garbage bins. By bus it's a 1 hour trip to Rome with no direct transport.
When checking out we were surprised by €75 bill for city tax. Nothing was said about that on Agoda website when I was booking. Please bear in mind, it's an extra €7.50 per person per night to your booking price.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
My very expensive digital camera MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED in their dining room -- and I was the last to leave dining room after a late night dinner with my long time church friends...ONLY THE THREE SERVERS were left in the dining room where I left my CANON 50D camera on a chair, 2 feet from my table. Returning after 15 minutes for the camera, the tables were cleared and rearranged, the lights were out and no one saw or heard anything. Managers acted like it was just too bad...even though one (or more) of their KITCHEN STAFF obviously were involved with the MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE of the camera.
When I followed up later to see if the camera had MYSTERIOUSLY REAPPEARED, the hotel management didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my e-mail, which only adds to my suspicion of involvement.

1.1. Doors
First we could not unlock the doors - the bathroom's door, the room's door and the balcony's door.
1.2. Lights
There are 3 lamps and nothing more.
1.3. The cabinet is broken.
2.Service
It was not ok.
3.Location
It is near the road.
4. Food
Poor choice and it is NOT delicious.
Stay away from this hotel.
Not the most luxurious. But it's quiet and away from the roads.
Breakfast buffet is also decent with Italian expresso.
The unknown part: restaurant - didn't eat there.
The bad part: the room. I've seen this kind of furniture and wallpapers in the 80's, and judging by how dirty they were, these wallpapers were from the 80's. Also very intense, chemical smell that was probably meant to resemble flowers of some sort. The first thing that I did was venting the room for 3 hours, but it didn't help.
I'm sure there are better hotels for the same price.
