The hotel is in a historic building of the XIX century, a former hunting Lodge of the Duke Grazioli. To this day the atmosphere of noble luxury, combined with contemporary art and comfort. Great location for exploring Rome.

Location: in the historic centre of Rome, next to the oldest parks of Villa Ada and Villa Borghese, 32 km from Rome Fiumicino airport.
Consists of a 4-storey Villa.

I liked the hotel very much, especially due to the wonderful people that they have, including Riccardo, who checked us in with a very broad and charming smile and showed us what makes Italy special. He also gave us valuable tips. The same can be said for almost all the people that we had contact with, including the friendly gentleman when we were checking out. Thank you to you all.

For the short stay I had, it was an excellent choice. Close to bus stops that take you right into the city center, yet in area that is quiet at night. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff was really an added touch that made me feel at home. The room had everything I needed, plus the balcony was really nice. Overall great stay and would recommend for all ages.

Hotel Villa Grazioli is a beautiful space to explore the city of Rome. I personally loved the details and the kindness of everyone who worked at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast and cappuccino were wonderful, offering a delicious start to each day with a variety of options to suit every taste.
In the evenings, you can join for Happy Hour, as the bar space has quite the vibe. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink while chatting with other guests. The hotel's location is also fantastic; we slept so well and found that we were within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local dining scene.

The staff are very professional yet warm. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet part of town. My one complaint in my two week stay was that my controller for my AC was broken. I reported it on day 1, but nothing was done to repair or replace it during my two weeks there.

For a short stay like me the hotel was central located, well maintained and had everything I need. Very beautiful neighborhood and all staff were friendly. Special thanks to Ivan who made the experience even better by his warm and professional service everyday, and being knowledgeable and pleasant. I hope to visit again soon.

Little hotel just outside the busy center of the city. Which means it’s really quite outside at night.
Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. And the rooms are very clean.
When you check-in, you get a little aperitif while someone brings your suitcase to the room.

Very nice hotel in Rome , the staff is very kind and helpful.

It was OK, the hotel is located a little further away from the center so it's a good hours walk away from the main attractions such as the Colosseum.
The staff were fairly freindly no complaints with them, the room looked nothing like the pictures, it was small and budget but got the job done, didn't feel like a 4* room, more like a 3* with stains on the ceiling and only 1 pillow each person.
There is only parking for 4 cars, so upon our arrival we found ourselves parking on the street, and the receptionist made us feel like it was a little dangerous leave our car there, also it cost us, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was for free parking, so if you hire a car and expect parking beware you probably won't get a space!
The breakfast is very basic and didn't have any hot food apart from making your own toast in the machine, overall, it seemed like a 3* hotel trying to be a 4*

Friendly and welcoming in reception, rooms are spotless and quiet, even if a bit small and the hotel is aesthetically very pleasing in the historic villa.
