Very welcoming staff and always ready to help. First time in Rome and this Hotel is perfect for us. Walking distance to most places of interest. We/I really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and definitely going back to stay again in this hotel.

The location is good, but the facilities are old and the hygiene is average. There is a bit of smell in the house, but the location is good, the view from the window is very good, and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic

Absolutely loved this place. While the hotel in itself is not very fancy, the room cleaning was top notch and the service was impeccable. The location is great, walkable to most sites and there are also several restaurants around the hotel where you can dine and just walk back a few steps to your room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and clean accommodation in a good area

Super friendly helpful staff! Reasonable rates, centrally located to everything, great restaurants and shopping within minutes. Rooms super clean and comfy! Again the staff was amazing!! Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here!!!

A small hotel located within walking distance from Roma Termini station. The room is small, but with a nice view from the window, there is a kettle, tea, sugar, cookies (there is no bottled water, buy in advance). Very nice and helpful receptionist. A good option for a few days

Just came back from a 4 night stay the hotel. Location is really good, near train station and very close to most major sites.
Rooms were very clean and adequate, but a little dated.
Not much the way of facilities, but the young lady ( maybe Rebecca?) Was really lovely and helpful.

First time in Rome and we could not have been luckier than we were staying at Dorica Hotel! The location is perfect! The service… AMAZING! Marco you truly are a wonderful man, very sweet, courteous, kind and made our trip unforgettable with your suggestions and your helpfulness! Thank you so much!

I made a hotel payment through Booking. Taxes were included in the price, but I was forcibly charged 36 euros for not paying the city tax. They resolved the issue between themselves and Agoda using the money they took from me. Even if I didn't want to give it, they forcibly took it from me. I will criticize the hotel until they refund my money.
For the first time in my life, I did not pay the city tax. I made my payments through Booking. Your ignorance is evident in claiming that Booking and Agoda provide joint prices. When I pay inclusive of taxes through Booking, I am not charged for taxes again. Your lack of knowledge is further demonstrated. I even forwarded the email I received from Booking, and a customer representative said, "You should discuss this with the hotel as you should not have been charged for tax." I provided this information, yet you are so greedy that you refuse to refund it. Let the money be yours; humanity is mine. Greedy people.

Room was very clean and more than adequate for our stay. Marco very pleasant and always helpful with questions and suggestions. Did not experience noise or light problems, probably because of exhaustion from walking during day. Always felt very safe in the area at night also. Would stay again. Location is very convenient to everything.
