Stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Was surprised at how large the room was. Yes it is dated and could do with a revamp, but the bed was comfy, shower worked, toilet flushed and got hot water. Perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was lovely, a good choice to fill you up till lunch. A selection of individually wrapped items for gluten free were available at request. The whole team was great and super helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up to take us to the airport that arrived early, so that was no worry. The hotel is around 20/25 minute walk from the main sites which didn't bother us, but we had a lovely little walk around the streets close to the hotel and found some hidden gems.

Worst hotel(its not hotel 4 stars!!) I been in Rome and maybe in life.
Always something not working, dirty carpet, old, terrible service, WiFi glitching, all old, shower horror movie, hotel workers always somewhere. The only nice one was the lady with dark hair nice. This should be a hostel for 40€ night

The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK, we called front desk to see if they could help, they just said we had to wait because it takes some time for the temperature to drop. We waited until the temperature went 4 degrees up instead of Down🧍♀️we called again and they just said that they couldn’t do anything. IT WAS SO HOT IN THERE.

The front desk staff is amazing, but boy the rooms need some serious attention. It was hot as a lasagna in Rome and our AC was really struggling to keep it at manageable temperatures. Bathrooms are really old, our toilet seat was completely detached from its base and you can see mold/mildew building up on the bathtub.
This hotel and the staff is a gem; the owner just needs to spend some money on it...

Old ugly hotel. They have minimum features sale as 1 star inn!! Only 8 channel TV, one trash can, no coffee maker, old heater, old elevator, broken tea pot, etc...

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are definitely still left in the late '90s and early 2000's. They need an uplift like crazy, with some renovations looking like they were done by todlers. We did have an issue when we booked our hotel room, it said that it had parking on the booking website, however it does not. Be careful with that! Breakfast was OK and the location is relatively close to public transportation. Service was ok.

This hotel is close to a lot of metro options. They will also call you a taxi so you don’t have to hail one yourself. The staff was super nice. They can provide you with a map so you can see where the tourist attractions are in relation to the hotel. It is also next to an aqua duct water fountain to fill up your water bottles. The room itself can use an uplift. To compare it with some U.S. hotels, it’s a little bit better than a Super 8. But the size itself is like a 1 bedroom suite like a Marriott. This review is based on a 4 person room.

Nice hotel, staff were excellent. I wouldn't drive here, the motorists are nuts! For some reason the toilet didn't have a seat!?

Lovely and clean hotel, very friendly staff. It is nicely and modern decorated, very clean and cleaning service was on top of things. Room as very quiet, big windows, Aircon was working perfectly to your temperature.
Great location, residential and shopping area. Lots of great restaurants literally all around the hotel. Harty coffee shops and gelato places also. You can find a local market right at the end of the road which has local produce and a place the relax, eat. Several supermarkets if you would like to shop.
Breakfast was continental, nice choices to have, if you wanted anything to cook then you had to pay extra but menu was plenty.
I took away one star although the hotel and the staff was great, our fridge never worked and never sorted it out during our stay and bathroom door never closed, not even a little bit.
