4* Review Rome Marriott Park Hotel - HD VIDEO Walk Through Bed / Bathroom

Reviews
The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel.
The room was very large with a balcony (see photos). Well maintained and smells great. (Room 6045.... great room!)
For Bonvoy members, they have an executive lounge, which is open 24 hours a day. 5-7 pm, they offer "happy hour" with free wines and beers. There are plenty of food choices.
In all, certainly not your typical airport hotel
The rooms were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly.
This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
The ambiance is outdated and worn, with decor that seems stuck in the 90s. The rooms are even worse than they appear online; the wallpapers were peeling, the air conditioning barely functioned, and the whole place had a musty smell. It’s clear that the rooms haven’t seen proper maintenance in years.
To top it off, the parking is a strange 1-2 minute walk from the hotel, which isn’t ideal, but the worst part? No one ever picks up the phone. We tried calling guest services, room service, and the operator—no response. In case of an emergency, you’re completely on your own.
I would never willingly stay here again and absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. It’s a disgrace to the Marriott name.
Also they charged me two nights and sent the wrong receipts when I stayed only 1 night. I’m waiting for them to fix it still. They have one job!!
Room was mediocre and breakfast, fake eggs. Pretty standard for the rest.
Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool but didn't had a chance to go in it. I saw there was some activities late at night even if the pool was closed.
We had a small a la carte breakfast and our server, Massimo, was so kind with us. A true 5 stars experience from him. He brought us some extra food for our kids he was so thoughtful. Grazie mille Massimo!
I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much!
Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great!
There's a small but good gym, and a big swimming pool where I've had lots of fun going on and about.
The hair dryer in the room was broken, I had to leave for the city when my hair was wet. Room service was as terrible, we ordered bolognese which didn’t taste with fresh beef, like bad beef left in fridge for a few days, no tomato sauce taste either. Read the comments online and don’t come here, it’s terrible service and terrible room.
