Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Asked for a room with a view of the pantheon and were not disappointed. There was a bit of noise late into the night as it was overlooking a very touristy square but we managed to sleep. The air-conditioning was really quiet. The bathroom in our room could have done with a magnifying mirror. It would have been nice to have breakfast on site however the restaurant that the hotel uses was just 100 metres away. There is a mobile phone in each room for customers to use free of charge for the duration of your stay. Great if you do not want to drain your own phone's battery. Nice touch.

Maggie and I have stayed at the Albergo Abruzzi four times and would never consider staying anywhere else in Rome. Located across from the historic, breathtaking Pantheon in the historic section the location is unparalleled. The rooms are very nice and the rates are extremely fair.

Now for the best part. The extremely friendly staff is willingly there to answer questions and solve problems. You are welcomed with open arms and immediately feel like family. You will love the experience!

We are finishing up our vacation in Rome. We are truly sad to leave because the staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the Pantheon. It is an easy walk to the Vatican.
There is a cell phone for guest use, which helped us a lot.
If I am able to come to Rome again, I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel Abruzzi was a fantastic choice for our last day in Italy. Our beautiful room was ready and the view of the Pantheon from the room was spectacular. Giorgia at the front desk was welcoming, pleasant and very helpful during the check in and check out processes. She explained how breakfast would work in the morning, cheerfully took charge of our luggage until the room was ready (we arrived earlier than the 2pm check in) and clearly answered all of our questions. Next time we are in Rome, I hope we’ll have more than time and would very much love to stay at Hotel Abruzzi again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and had a great experience. The location is amazing, right outside of the pantheon which is pretty central to all major tourist spots. I only took off a star because the bed was not very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

"The reception staff at Hotel Abruzzi ( Manuel &Federico) is **magnificent**—always friendly, polite, and willing to help. The cleaning team is also very kind and keeps everything spotless. The location is **excellent**. Highly recommended!"

Hotel staff seemed very disgruntled and unfriendly. Almost acted like we were bothering them when we had questions. Especially morning staff- dude with long hair in ponytail.

We had a great stay. It was a very lively location however the sound proofing of the windows in our room worked well. Everything is nearby. Freddy helped me retrieve a lost phone from a taxi. Very grateful.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Great location EXCELLENT staff! Clean and lovely accomodations. With a nice free breakfast around the corner. We had three so we stayed in the double room in the annex. Molto Bene!!
