Hotel Nazionale

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
We absolutely loved the drinks at the bar. The service was exceptional ☺️ Francesco was also very friendly and we had great conversations about Rome and its landmarks. Can’t wait to go back again ☺️

The service in this hotel is outstanding. When we arrived in Rome the airline lost my luggage. I was very concerned and upset to the point it was difficult to enjoy my trip. I notified the front desk "Patrick" of the situation to see if he had any suggestions to recover my effects prior to boarding our cruise ship, I literally had nothing for a 10 day cruise. Patrick told me he would make some call and get the whole thing straightened out, and assured me not to worry. He was very sincere and confident that he would handle the situation. He wanted me to enjoy my time in Rome and not to be concerned. By the end of the day he located the luggage, had it set aside for me, and had a contact point for me at the airport. This extra effort was so much appreciated. His attitude and hard work made my stay at this hotel way above average 🙏

The hotel is clean and very convenient to the tourist spots of Rome. The staff is very helpful and kind (Patrick our check-in agent was awesome and had great recommendations on spots to eat), they have a small bar/restaurant on-site (though we didn't eat, just some aperitivos). Rooms are a bit outdated but are kept very clean and most importantly the air-con works well!

This hotel is perfectly located near top attractions within Rome. The staff is professional and pleasant. It’s great that the hotel reception is open around the clock. We had arrived early in the day and the hotel staff safely checked-in our luggage before our room was ready, allowing us to roam around the nearby attractions, shops, cafés, and markets before normal check-in time explained on the website. Upon the room being ready earlier than expected, we were notified via phone call from reception. The staff went the extra mile and had our bags placed within our room before our arrival back to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning and hot water were working properly. After checking out, I was notified that I had left behind a watch in the room, and that housekeeping had turned it in. The honesty and attentional-to-detail the housekeeping team has is unmatched anywhere else in the city. I would 100% return to stay at Hotel Nazionale and would also recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

The rooms, service, atmosphere, and (especially) the location were PERFECT! We couldn’t imagine a better stay for our first time in Rome! Will definitely be staying here when we’re back. Exceeded expectations from check in to check out, and even afterwards! Would recommend 1000x over!

We just got back from our vacation in Italy and we stayed at Hotel Nazionale at the start and the end of our two week trip. We were in Rome for 3 nights mid July and again for 3 nights at the end of July. As soon as you enter, the staff are extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to. We were greeted by the staff daily and they always had a smile on their faces. Patrick was especially helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have amazing views no matter what room you get. The first leg of our trip we faced the Parliament. There are police all around and it made the hotel seem extra safe. The last leg of our trip we had a gorgeous view of Rome facing St. Peter's Basilica. The location of this hotel is beyond fantastic. Just around the corner you will find tons of restaurants. The Pantheon is a short 5 minute walk and Trevi Fountain is about 8 mins away. Lots of shopping across the street and it's such a walkable neighbourhood. The hotel staff can call taxi's for you and they show up almost immediately. The best part of this hotel was the AMAZING continental breakfast served daily. The seating area was large, clean and there were tons of food options. We are so glad we chose this hotel and can't wait to be back some day. Thank you Hotel Nazionale for an amazing stay.

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Rome.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, and the cocktails in the bar were amazing as well.

The view from our hotel room window (we were on the 6th floor) was magical. You could see St. Peters Basilica clearly in the distance.

I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Rome.

Great hotel, very centrally located in Rome. It’s right in the middle of the historic city center, walkable to many major attractions. Being located next to Parliament, it kept the street noise to a minimum for the area and made us feel safe having so much security in the plaza outside. The rooms were clean and a decent size for Europe. Of course it isn’t the most modern but that’s to be expected in Rome, and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk was helpful with calling us taxis several times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome.

Hotel is a great location. Police are always at the corner near by. Piazza Navona is just 5-10 minute walk. Cafes and restaurants are all right next the hotel. The hotel had great customer service. We arrived at the hotel early and they were able to accommodate us and have our room ready! The only negative is the breakfast, not a large selection. Room was clean and well kept. Overall, it was great! Worth the stay!

Very beautiful hotel. Our room was super spacious & it is located in a very safe spot with a yummy gelato shop next door! Wish we could stay longer.
