The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the main attractions here in Rome. I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.

The hotel is located in the Montecitorio Palace Square where the Italian House of Representatives is located. It is very safe and has an excellent location. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes from Piazza di Spagna. The room is large and comfortable. It will be my first choice next time I come.

The hotel building is from the 19th century and is a cultural relic, so the facilities are relatively old and the soundproofing is very average. If you mind the noise, don't stay here. The hotel service is OK, but the male waiter didn't take the initiative to help with the luggage when I left, which is a bit of a minus. The auntie cleaned the room very well and would help you fold your pajamas. The hotel is in a very good location, right in the old city of Rome, and because it is next to the House of Representatives, there are many police and it is very safe. In short, I still recommend it.

Near to the parliament and feels safe. Many popular attractions are nearby too! Love the room and it was a pleasant stay!
The breakfast buffet was quite standard though and thought it could be better.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
We absolutely loved the drinks at the bar. The service was exceptional ☺️ Francesco was also very friendly and we had great conversations about Rome and its landmarks. Can’t wait to go back again ☺️

The service in this hotel is outstanding. When we arrived in Rome the airline lost my luggage. I was very concerned and upset to the point it was difficult to enjoy my trip. I notified the front desk "Patrick" of the situation to see if he had any suggestions to recover my effects prior to boarding our cruise ship, I literally had nothing for a 10 day cruise. Patrick told me he would make some call and get the whole thing straightened out, and assured me not to worry. He was very sincere and confident that he would handle the situation. He wanted me to enjoy my time in Rome and not to be concerned. By the end of the day he located the luggage, had it set aside for me, and had a contact point for me at the airport. This extra effort was so much appreciated. His attitude and hard work made my stay at this hotel way above average 🙏
