Hotel Milton Roma

One of the hotel with its own very kind filled with world’s most unprofessional staff and third class amenities. They say themselves 4-star but they provide plastic and paper cups in the rooms. Don’t even have DND badges in the room for privacy.

They charge hefty but lack severely in hospitality and manners.

I’d like to give -4 star 🌟 if they pronounce them as 4 🌟 hotel.

Room was really small. Water pressure was horrible.
Walls are so thin you can hear people talking and showering in the other rooms and rooms above you.
People working here are not accommodating at all.
Rude people, arrogant and very bad customer service.
There are a couple other hotels within a 2 minutes walk from this hotel, try those. Better rooms and customer service available in other hotels.
I highly recommend DO NOT book with Hotel Milton Roma. You will regret it.

The hotel cheated my friends out of their money. My friends paid the money as soon as they moved in. Victoria, an employee from russia at the reception, didn’t include young girls in the list of those who paid a large amount for the hotel. After that, the hotel took more cash from them in the amount of 360 euros!
The hotel promised to contact the girls, but no one called them. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE HOTEL! The hotel took another 60 euros from them, which should have gone to taxes. In reality there are no such taxes. Don't fall for this deception. Don't be stupid, don't look at this hotel and the deception that goes on there!

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our experience at Hotel Milton Roma. Many of the facilities advertised such as laundry service and the spa were unavailable or just not in service which was a great shame.

The breakfast buffet was pathetic for a 4 star hotel. Pastries served were not fresh and tasted like it came prepackaged, the cooked food such as bacon and eggs did not look appetising and was not fresh. Eggs had a greenish colour to it. The fruits were too ripe and had obviously been kept for several days. The juices were artificial tasting as well.

In addition to that the restaurant/bar was overpriced for such mediocre standard.

Although the location was strategic and near to the metro, it still did not live up to our expectations. Hopefully they will be able to improve their standard.

There are several problems to note:
The receptionists don't tell the truth: on arrival he told me: the room overlooks the courtyard/ it overlooked the main avenue/
He didn't warn me that there was a malfunction with the phone and that we had to unplug it if we wanted to have a peaceful night.
I was disturbed 2 nights in a row at 4 a.m. by a ringtone. I asked at reception (Sara); who finally gave an email address where I could make my complaint. This email was never answered. I went to complain. She made me believe that she had forwarded my email to her superior. Actually no; nothing was done. Another receptionist then made me understand that this problem happened often and that I just had to unplug the phone!
Furthermore, the room was not clean (floor) in the corners and under the luggage rack. It is clear that neither vacuum cleaner nor mop had been used. Finally and following these problems none of the receptionists greeted me anymore. No hello, no goodbye, no help making a taxi appointment; (lie again: they told me that there was no taxi on January 1st!) But I left with a taxi booked directly by French guests of the hotel!
