The room was much smaller than expected and the first two days we couldn’t use the toilet. It wouldn’t flush! Also the water pressure was very low so we had to take a shower in ice cold water.
We had no blankets only the covers. Since it was so warm it didn’t matter but still.
The positive things: the cleaning was spotless and the rooms were very fresh.
Close to the hotel there were some decent restaurants. Also the train station was very close. Close to the air shuttle too and other buses.
What I also loved was that you could reach almost all of the major sites by walking!
I got a refund due to the toilet not working, otherwise I would have given a lower rating.

I booked a stay with air conditioning and the a/c does not work there. We had a hot and sweaty night. I have to wait outside in the street for the staff to open the door and they are never at the desk to open. Waste of time

The rooms are extremely small, there are thin wall between suites to the point we could hear the reception keyboards typing and talking as well as other suites flushing toilets.
We asked for a blanket and they said they can not give blanket since it’s summer. Also although we had booked for two people there were only one towel, cup and other stuff.
Not to mention that there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste. It was not worth for the value

Very small rooms, and the YouTube often displayed a loading message, making it difficult to watch anything. The remote control had no text, so figuring out the buttons was frustrating. Although they did fix the leaking shower promptly, the A/C was on a 3-hour timer, which I had to remove to stay comfortable. Overall, not the best experience.

Hot water in shower gets cold suddenly. Message the reception if that's normal, no answer at all. No duvet, just cover. Toilet is small and not maintained. I won't recommend it at all.

Liked · Posizione- near Termini station. Camera- the room is okay, good for two. Letto- it’s very comfortable! Prezzo- reasonable! Best!!
Disliked · No food or drinks in the minibar, you need to ask and go to the reception so it’s a bit annoying going down to ask for it in the middle of the night. But don’t get me wrong, it’s okay. No hot water in the shower on our first day. No breakfast.. just a boiler, tea and instant coffee on desk.

Pros: Room was modern, clean and secure. 200 meters from Roma Termini. Close to bus route, I used the IO Bus for 38 euros for a 4 day pass. The pass equated to 10 taxi rides I did not have to pay. I used it to and from my destination 3 days and used it twice on my 4th day.
Tito Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and helped me with translations, getting taxi service and verifying my travel plans were going to produce the desired results. Cold refrigerator, good heat control on the room and the shower. Spacious bathroom considering the shower and commode. Smart TV was as good as it gets. I stayed in 307 and was extremely happy with my 6 day visit. Hotel Tito made my visit to Rome a great success.

DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE HOTEL MANAGEMENT!
Totally ain’t worth the money if you are planning to make a trip to Rome! Please stay at other hotel.
Firstly what you see from the photo is not what you get!
The bathroom is old, mouldy and most the items are falling apart. Toilet seat cover, shower head and tower warmer.
Brace for a horrified shower experience that leaves you wondering if you can walk out with out soap on your body! There is literally not wash to shower at all.
Totally ain’t worth the money if you are planning to make a trip to Rome! Please stay at other hotel.

Perfect location, two minutes from the train station! Easy check-in, professional and helpful stuff. They even offer luggage storage for the day of arrival/departure. Clean room, the bathroom is a bit tight, but it didn’t matter for me. Nice restaurants just few steps from the hotel entrance. I will definitely book this hotel if I ever visit Rome again.

My recommendation!
Liked · The location is excellent - just 1 minute far from the Termini station.
The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, markets etc.
The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, good air conditioning, coffee machine in the room and provided with coffee and tea. A minibar is provided as well.
Not all staff is very polite. Andrea, who is working there is a very helpful and kind person, he is ready to help you in any case.
Disliked · On the 3rd floor, they have some water problem - the water flow is not enough strong and even one night I had no water at all.
Some of the staff must be a bit polite, especially the lady at the reception!!
