Hotel Pantheon

Stay away from this hotel. They are cheating on price, services and quality of their rooms. Some rooms can be treated back in 2015 as 4 starts but some rooms (please be careful about floor 5 and 4) they have been assigned to the hotel rooms from old facility rooms, specifically 501 room has holes in the celling, window to staircases, leaking and noisy bathroom, the whole renovation was done in 90th and it's very tiny and noisy. The only + goes to the location, but there are a lot of other hotels around in the same location. Be mindful and stay away from this hotel, they destroyed my vacation in Rome in May 2024.

There is no hotel in the world that I despise more than this one. I had a room booked and paid for months in advance thru Airbnb. When I went to check in they told me I had cancelled my room - which I did not. I called Airbnb and they confirmed that my room was not cancelled. After waiting several hours for Airbnb to work something out with the hotel I was told there was nothing they could do. They refunded my money plus a whopping $1.76 extra. When I tried to find another hotel in the area, rates were around $1000 per night. It turns out Eurovision was in Italy and rates all over skyrocketed. Hotel Pantheon cancelled my room so they could get their $1000 booking as I had only paid $110. Scumbags. I'll sleep on a park bench before I stay there. Fortunately I was only booked there one night and I had relatives that lived an hour south of there. So I hopped on a train and stayed with them. Horrible experience with this company and Airbnb. Thank god I didn't book that place for a week or I would really be screwed.

HORRIBLE!!! Our first room was so unbearably loud and the shower was filled with hair. We made them move us day 2, next was quieter but equally filthy and the shower didn’t work at all. Bedding is old and dirty, beds are the worst - we barely slept. Breakfast room was disgusting - every table just piled with dirty dishes and the uninterested attendant just moved some onto another table to make room for us - needless to say we didn’t go back. No cancellation so once you realize how terrible it is you are stuck - heard other people arguing to get out too. We finally just took the loss and went somewhere else our last 2 nights (Hotel Indigo - lovely!). Stay away!!!
