Reviews
But what really keeps bringing us back year after year is the staff. Dave greets you each morning with the most contagious smile and is always ready to help. The housekeeping team and the young staff working the breakfast room are equally kind, warm, and attentive—you’re always met with genuine smiles and wonderful service.
The front desk team is just as impressive. The young women who check you in and out are so kind and cheerful—we tried to tip one of them on our last day and she wouldn’t take it, simply saying, “I’m just doing my job.”
And then there’s Marco. We had a box of clothes we wanted to ship home, and he went above and beyond to help. Even after we had moved on to another city, he continued to call the courier service every day, kept in touch via email, and made sure the package got to us safely about a week after we had left Rome and had arrived home.
Whoever owns this hotel should feel incredibly proud of their staff—and I hope they treat them with the same care and respect the staff shows to every guest.
Can’t wait to be back next year!
I slept very well and without disturbance, in this very large room and with all the services 100% functional.
Even the breakfast, all fresh and healthy products!
When I go to Roma it’s a guarantee
Fantastic trip for family !
We will come back again in future !
See you...
Adding to the issue, I was trapped in the elevator for over 40 minutes on my way to the airport. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that a notice about a potential power outage was posted in the elevator. However, I hadn’t seen it beforehand and questioned why no direct notice was given, such as an email, a note in the room, or a locked elevator to prevent usage. Silence after my question.
After I reached out via email after I got home, I received a response stating the janitor thought I had checked out because she saw my roommate left with a luggage. and they claimed the elevator issue was beyond their control due to a local power outage. Neither incident led to any apology or compensation. Despite two follow-ups over three weeks, I have yet to receive a reply. If you’re considering booking here, you may want to think twice.
