Terrace Pantheon Relais

Overall the hotel is very nice. The hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. However, when my husband and I checked in we were told we were on the first floor. They then took us to our room and to our surprise they took us outside and down the street to some other building (an apartment building) where they have only 1 floor of hotel rooms. This was NOT mentioned anywhere on their website and none of the staff warned us when we checked in that our room was in this other building. We were very confused and uncomfortable being completely separate from all of the other guests, the staff and the amenities. We tried to shake it off since our room was nice and it was very secure. BUT the apartments above us were extremely noisy. All hours of the day and night. Kids running, furniture moving and doors slamming. We mustered up the courage to say something to the nice girl at the front desk, to which there was no resolution. Our last night the noise was horrible so we called the front desk to complain again - because we did not sign up nor pay this much money to stay at a hotel to then stay in a separate building and have to deal with the noise above us. If they hotel is going to have these few rooms separate they need to have it advertised on the website or mentioned when you book your room so guests are not blindsided like we were.

We were wandering around Rome in September looking for a lovely rooftop to stop for a spritz and to plan the rest of our day. We found this hotel and its rooftop online and walked over around 1pm. The rooftop bar doesn’t open until 4pm and they still let us come up and enjoy a delicious aperol spritz. Beautiful hotel, absolutely wonderful kind and talented staff, and the rooftop is a must see. Quiet and charming, a perfect mini-oasis in the heart of Rome. Thank you to the team here!

The service was extraordinary in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a question about our room and they immediately found a way to make us feel more comfortable during our stay. ( There was a young lady, Gly, who worked at reception who showed us map of the city with an intro of what is around). The room itself is very nice with good decor, and they have a good breakfast with pretty much everything you’d normally eat for breakfast such as: eggs (boiled or scrambled), bacon, ham, cheeses, grilled veggies and potatoes, pancakes and yogurt with toppings available, and some desserts and pastries, and juices etc. staff are nice and smile and say hi when they pass.

The location of the hotel is perfect near all tourist attractions and within walking distance. The staff are friendly, polite, welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are perfectly equipped and have enough space. The breakfast is very nice and the people who are there are very friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank them for their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended.
