Terrace Pantheon Relais in Rome

We had an amazing stay at Terrace Pantheon Relais. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The quality of service was incredible—everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. They even arranged pick-up for my mother-in-law and made sure every detail was taken care of.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, great shopping (both casual and high-end), and incredible restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Besides the beautifully furnished room and the rooftop terrace, the front desk staff (especially Gly!) were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We truly felt welcome and appreciated. Consider this hotel if you're looking for a stay in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Pantheon.

Top tier. This could well be the best stay I've ever had, and it all comes down to one thing: The staff.

They are extraordinary. Rooms are excellent. Its clean. spacious, great location. and Staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Its a boutique hotel, but with amazing little quirks that make the stay even better.

Just returned from our 4th stay in a row at Terrace Pantheon Relais, and we continue to be completely in love with this hotel. The suite rooms are stylish, spacious, have great air conditioning, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning is generous and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. After a long day of sightseeing, the rooftop bar is the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and some nibbles. And you truly can’t beat the location.

But what really keeps bringing us back year after year is the staff. Dave greets you each morning with the most contagious smile and is always ready to help. The housekeeping team and the young staff working the breakfast room are equally kind, warm, and attentive—you’re always met with genuine smiles and wonderful service.

The front desk team is just as impressive. The young women who check you in and out are so kind and cheerful—we tried to tip one of them on our last day and she wouldn’t take it, simply saying, “I’m just doing my job.”

And then there’s Marco. We had a box of clothes we wanted to ship home, and he went above and beyond to help. Even after we had moved on to another city, he continued to call the courier service every day, kept in touch via email, and made sure the package got to us safely about a week after we had left Rome and had arrived home.

Whoever owns this hotel should feel incredibly proud of their staff—and I hope they treat them with the same care and respect the staff shows to every guest.

You can’t beat the location. We were able to walk to almost every attraction. The hotel is surrounded by shopping and great restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing. They were incredibly helpful they arranged airport shuttle and taxi for us. We don’t speak Italian and that was no issue. I’d stay here again and plan to in the future.

Stayed at the Terrace Pantheon Relais for 3 days whilst touring Rome. It’s an amazing location to get to all the main sites - yet tucked away on a quiet street. Rooms are super high standard with modern and new design, and the staff are super friendly. Make sure to stop by the roof top bar for a lovely sunset cocktail. Definitely a great choice of hotel and we’ll be back.

I had a great time, the hotel is super clean and elegant.
I slept very well and without disturbance, in this very large room and with all the services 100% functional.
Even the breakfast, all fresh and healthy products!
When I go to Roma it’s a guarantee
