The hotel itself is luxurious and definitely a high end property when talking about the rooms. They are modern design and spacious.

The location is also convenient.

The rooftop bar is neat. Breakfast is great as well with a variety of options.

Some not so good things:
1. There’s no parking available.
2. Only one elevator that gets crowded in peak times like morning breakfast force you to use the stairs, which it’s good for you health but inconvenient overall.
3. Limited food options in the rooftop restaurant

Staff at reception incredibly unaccommodating, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Arrived in the morning after a day and night of traveling from overseas and had requested an early check in three times in advance without any response. Upon arrival, I was told they had been fully booked the night before and no rooms were available. The front desk lady snapped at me saying that I should have just booked an extra night if I knew I was arriving earlier than 2pm. I left my luggage with the reception but was already assigned a room number when I left my bags. When I returned at 2pm and made it to the room, it was obvious from the dust on the kettle, bathroom sink and countertops that this room had been unoccupied. I understand that hotels may not want to let guests check in early and that they need time to clean rooms, but there was no need to lie about no rooms being available and be rude about it. The room is spacious, but bathroom outdated with paint falling off the wall. Cleaning person left the door open after cleaning- we were so worried that our belongings could have been stolen! The front desk seemed unbothered by it. Elevator is very slow and a disaster in the morning- most guests carried their bags down the stairs because of the long wait. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, mostly because you feel like nothing more than a cash cow who shouldn’t dare asking for or expecting anything other than the standard offerings. With the many other hotels in the area, I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The smell of chlorine was overwhelming when we entered the room. I tried opening a window, but it still smelled strongly. The air conditioning hardly works- we have it on the lowest temp with a high fan and it’s still hot in the room.!Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the room. The overhead shower head doesn’t work. The hotel does not seem well kept, especially the hallways and elevator. While the restaurant on the top floor has wonderful views, very good service and cocktails, the food is terrible. I got the appetizer sampler and I couldn’t even bite into the hamburger (which was less than an inch in circumference) as it was hard and rubbery. The other appetizers were bite sized and also seemed microwaved. Don’t get food, but enjoy the drinks and view. I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

This place has amazing value, under 500€ for a very nice sized room for 4 people, the hotel has a gym on the underground floor, the staircase is fairly steep but a elevator that can accommodate 4 people and 4 large suit cases, the staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. Bathroom in the room is excellent, a provided hair dryer with an outlet, 2 mirrors and a shower that doesn’t leak which is uncommon these days. The only thing that could be better is the speed of the WiFi. Overall this hotel is amazing value with great staff that are very friendly.

The hotel itself is good, the staff (lobby folks) were not that great, the room was bigger than expected, but the elevator always took forever to arrive (max 4ppl).

The rooftop was the best of it all, it has a great view. The breakfast had a variety of options, the drinks were expensive.

The location is convenient if you’re going to go somewhere else by train, it’s like 10 min walk from the station.

Lovely rooms and bathrooms. Bit unusual walking a few metres to a different building but it wasn’t an issue. Great being able to walk to the train terminal.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days . The counter staff wasn't very friendly, but they listened to my needs and answered my questions. The staff who carried our luggage to the room was friendly and nice. The room was quite spacious and had a nice terrace and view. However, the bathroom was a little sticky and there was dust everywhere in the room, but it didn't bother me too much. There was no free water provided. Housekeeping was unsatisfactory. There were days when there were no free cotton pads or cotton swabs, coffee was not refilled, and there were days when dirty towels were replaced, so I contacted the front desk to request an exchange. The breakfast menu was very ordinary but sufficient for a simple breakfast. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were generally friendly, but on the last day, one staff member greeted me with 'Ni hao'. Even though I am Korean. I was very tired and I just didn't want to respond, so I ignored it and pretended I didn't hear it. The employee was always friendly, so I want to believe that it was due to ignorance rather than racism. Overall, it is higher than the average for European hotels, but it is difficult to highly recommend it.

Great location. Rooms are spacious. The daytime staff (front desk managers and bell boys) were nice and helpful.

But what ticked me off was the male front desk manager who manned the reception the night of our stay. He was quite rude and he seemed so uninterested in helping me. The keycard to our room was defective - I couldn’t open our room despite trying thrice. I even double-checked the position of the keycard so that the chip was facing up. So I asked for a replacement, and instead of being apologetic for the defective card, he looked at me with such annoyance. Wasn’t even greeted with a hello or good evening. I’ve been to several hotels in Europe and Asia and this is the first time I’ve encountered this type of front desk service. Isn’t there a level of hospitality expected from front desk workers?

Great hotel, has a lot of positives. The staff is nice and of great assistance whenever needed, the location is awesome and the rooms are/feel spacious. We had a great stay.

You have enough options at the breakfast. I really liked the desserts. The food is good, and you have a rooftop view over Rome.

The location was the reason why we picked this hotel, and we were really happy with it. Walking distance from the Termini train station.

As mentioned, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely people.

What I liked about the rooms is that they have been soundproofed quite well, and the bathroom had a great shower(head) and bath. Mhmm.

There is only one small elevator, at busy times it might take just a tad longer to get wherever you want to go.

My only small annoyance was with the tv. Most functions were disabled, no access to apps. So, it was only good for Italian channels that I didn't understand or English news channels. Would've been nice to have some music channels as background music.

No experience with the wifi, I was on my data connection the whole time (unlimited) - thanks EU.

Can definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Rome.

This hotel is located in the heart of Rome, a 5 min walk to Termin and the metro. You can also overlook the landscape of Rome from the balcony in the room. The rooftop bar serves wonderful breakfast. The room is cozy, comfortable and the receptionist is so friendly.
