Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars to Basilio 55 I would. The room was great. Had an air co and despite the busy area was so quite at night for a great sleep.
