This hotel was booked for 2 nights for us within a cruise package with Love It Book It & have to say it was very good, lovely twin standard room with everything one needs, beautiful bathroom ect, super clean & quite. Amazing selection for breakfast too. Set in beautiful grounds with a lovely inviting pool... Situated close to a town with all amenities, restaurants ect & 15 minutes walk to the Tram...
A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. It truly gives a sense of luxury — the spa is amazing, with a heated pool, heat lamps in the lounging areas, a beautifully scented sauna, and more. The rooms are spacious, clean, elegant, and offer lovely views. Service was excellent, and the staff were responsive to every question or request. They even prepared a generous packed breakfast...
⸻ The hotel is gorgeous — beautifully designed and located in a stunning area. While it’s not right in the city center, it’s not too far either. Unfortunately, a cab or Uber is the only practical way to get to town, as public transportation takes far too long. The rooms are elegant and thoughtfully designed. The spa and swimming facilities are truly amazing. However, I don’t think I could stay at...
The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous grounds and pool area. Rooms are very comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard. Walk in closet was nice, robes and slippers are a nice touch and the room was quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly. There is nothing nearby and the shuttle was 15eu to go anywhere. Breakfasts were plentiful, the buffet was expansive and very crowded. The dining in the...
3.5 ⭐️ We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff are absolutely lovely and the hotel, including our room, is very clean. The pool area is also beautiful, which we really enjoyed. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The breakfast buffet was disappointing — food is left under heating lamps and doesn’t taste very fresh. The hotel restaurant is also very expensive, and with no entertainment...
overall great stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. food was not up to Italian standards.and general the restaurants were not what expected. the rest was amazing.

The rooms were big enough and very comfy but regarding the location , I have a lot to say... maybe better lightning outside would be a good improvement.
EasyJet brought us after a cancellation of a flight to this hotel. The whole plane had to check in, first 15 minutes only one counter was open, then slowly the second opened.... Too be continued.. to be honest it’s of course a huge mistake of EASYJET.... Ah, after more than 1 hour, a third counter opens..... But, the room was perfect so I’ll change from 1 star to 4 stars, not for easyJet, but for the...
We stayed here when our flight back to UK was cancelled due to the storm. It was paid for by our airline. The hotel is nice but I would not give it 4 stars ( is has a rating of a 4 star hotel ). The food was really tasteless. The staff were friendly but one of the members gave us the wrong information regarding checkout. We were not told about the food which was provided by our airline until the last...
its nice have gym swimming and have free parking and the stuff is friendly and the buffet i give 60 % at all nice ah note the swing pool if not including in the booking there is a fee 5 euro
Cute. Clean. Everything is there.
In General, a good hotel, but already tired of life. Certainly used to be very good. First, given a smoky room, but changed without problems. It is a decent hot Breakfast. A little awkward to get him in the center of the city. Better if have own car. The hotel has free Parking. Otherwise, the bus. The tickets can be bought in the campsite across the road. Near supermarket, Shoe store and an electronics...

Cozy rooms and good views, we had a window that opened into the square with a nice view of the Pantheon.
The place is fantastic. Renovated hotel with great roof top garden. The breakfast is poor, which is strange for a 5 star hotel! But staff is frendly and helpfull. Rooms are specious and comfortable!
Have been at this hotel many times. It's not five star to me, but if you get the right room, it could be a five star. People are always friendly. Very clean. Bar is nice and quiet. And you can't beat the location, just down the street from the Pantheon.
Spacious rooms. Good location. Very clean. Really good reviews from the roof top bar. Would recommend this hotel. Piano in the reception area which is played most evenings. A little pricy in the bar. But then that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel is lovely, very old, located in the historic centre, but in need of renovation already ohhh very long time... If it was a plane, he would have forbidden to fly 10 years ago... All outdated, smelled of old age... the Only thing that could improve the rating, it's low price, but alas the price tag on 5+. So 3 points...
Great location in the centre but in quiet area. Rooms are nice and clean. Lobby is small but impressive. Staff is friendly and quick to help you. Cozy hoel.

Great hotel with great location. I recommend the property.

very close to train station, if you want to travel Italy by train. great breakfast!
Great location! Everything was perfect during the saty!
Booked 2 rooms but only 1 bottle of drinking water per room, that is very less
Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star
NH Collection is amazing the team is friendly and very supportive. They go all out to make you feel welcomed. Met Miss Nice the Guest Relations Manager who is very warm and kind
I had an amazing stay here, the location is very good! The hotel is very nice, but the best part about my stay was the staff! Especially Giusi and Claudio made sure i felt very welcome and did everything to make sure i was happy. They treated me like a real princess

Great location, close to Termini station. Just few minutes walking distance. Direct train to/from the airport. Very convenient. Lot of nice restaurants nearby. The room is clean and size is pretty good for European hotels.
The location is very good with just a few minutes walk from the Termini station which is the main transfer point for Line A & B reaching mist tourists attractions. The breakfast is nice with choices. You could make yourself the hot waffle. Restaurants all around the hotel. A good choice.
Good location, 3 mins walk to Roma Termini train station and Metro A & B. Stayed in a classic double room. Room is clean and housekeeping is very responsive. The tub shower has a high tub sidewall with a large free swinging glass splash guard making getting in/out a challenge.
Location super close to the station and spacious room.
The location is close to Termini which is very conveneint. The front desk is very nice and kind. The room had everything we need and the breakfast is vary and good in quality.
Great location and staff is great. Very close to central station super easy to move around the city. During the night can sometimes be a bit noisy from the streets.

Great! The hotel also provided champagne.
What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.
The St. Regis Rome truly stands out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Louise at check-in warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The turn-down service lady was amazing—so meticulous and thoughtful, keeping our room tidy and spotless every evening. Housekeeping was equally outstanding, ensuring our room was always immaculate...
Beautiful hotel in Rome, close to Termini station and walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel is chic and elegant but the staff is warm and welcoming, human. The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way. When we arrived, my son was very sick. They were so helpful. Next my husband became ill. Again, they did everything they could to assist us. We could not have asked for a more compassionate group of people to help us navigate what should have...
This place gave us the best experience we’ve had staying with Marriott. I’m currently a titanium member with lifetime platinum status but I truly believe the staff treated each individual with class. Their breakfast and valet service are top notch and their turndown service is impeccable! I would highly recommend this place without hesitation!! Grazie W staff!!
I left a two night stay at the W Rome and had such a wonderful experience. The location is great and makes walking to all the stops very accessible. The breakfast in the morning is also unreal and the best meat and cheeses I’ve had on my trip so far. Definitely stop and get a drink at the bar, the mixologists are so knowledgeable and also gave me great recommendations of places to check out nearby...
Location is out of the main tourist area of Rome, with a quick short walk to the metro. Convenient with restaurants and park nearby. Quiet and more on the nicer side of things. From the valet to check-in and even housekeeping, the service was great. Rooms are quiet, bathroom is good size for Europe and amenities are a touch above.
The W Rome is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are small which is common for Europe. It had wonderful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer, and one of the best steamers I have ever used A Full mini bar with lots of snacks. We ate each morning at the member buffet which was delicious it had a great assortment which was more like a full breakfast. Every single Person who worked at the hotel was so very kind...
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Room was very beautiful with a lovely bay window overlooking the Swiss Institute Rome. Front desk and concierge were very helpful. Breakfast in the central courtyard was also very nice, though it would have been nice to have a bit more meat selection in the buffet. Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel... Rome is just expensive and lousy... The housekeeping staff will take the money on the table as a tip, and will not take the initiative to replace the disposable items in the bathroom. The room is not very big, and there is no welcome fruit or dessert after booking for 5 nights. The view from the balcony room is also...
The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high. The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the...
The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city. The room is a little small but fairly new. The air conditioner is very quiet and you can have a good rest.
The room is large, but the bathroom is small and you need to turn around to get around. The room was renovated and the floor is very beautiful. The hotel is high-end and exquisite in every way. Hotels in Rome are expensive, but staying at the InterContinental is worth it.
The room size listed on Ctrip is a bit small, but the actual space is quite large. It has been renovated and is very elegant and comfortable.

The soundproofing is terrible; I could even hear people turning lights on and off in the next room. Someone was also belting out high notes for several hours, and because of the poor sound insulation, it felt like they were singing right next to my ear. I called the front desk twice. Location is near to airport which is convenient for those who travel with a car. There is a nearby shopping mall Maximo which is around 15 minutes drive from the hotel. There is in house restaurant so can eat if arrive late at the hotel
I stayed at this Holiday Inn, and the hotel itself was what you would expect from a standard Holiday Inn — clean, comfortable, and overall good. However, the service at the hotel restaurant was really disappointing. When we tried to order, we called a male server who completely ignored us. Thinking maybe it wasn’t his section, we tried calling a female server named Paola, but she also saw us and acted...
I've stayed at quite a few Holiday Inns, both domestically and internationally, and this one was by far the most mediocre. They advertised airport pickup, so I emailed in advance to book it. Me and my wife stayed a night. Mario was great. Good location to see a lot. Room was “charming “ And the elevator worked . and the ride to our cruise all set up Was a bonus. Thanks
We stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mario suggested a place for dinner our first night and it was the best food we ate on our entire trip. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, quiet hotel.
Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars to Basilio 55 I would. The room was great. Had an air co and despite the busy area was so quite at night for a great sleep. Mario at the front desk made me feel super welcome during my stay and all of the cleaning staff were lovely. During my next visit to Rome I would be sure to stay again.

A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip.
