Location: Budva, close to the restaurant Zlatibor, next to the sea about 10 minutes walking, 23 km from the airport of Tivat.
Consists of one 3-storey building.

Kousek od moře cca 10 minut. Skoro denně úklid, čisté ručníky, příjemná paní na úklid a p.Desa ráda se vším pomohla. Mohu doporučit.

A location with old and smelly furniture, old and dirty sanitary ware. Old towels in the bathroom, no blinds or curtains on the window. No insect nets, although they were needed because there are a lot of mosquitoes. I couldn't use the air conditioning when I was in the room because I have a small child and I prefer to leave it on when I leave the room so that when I return I can find a good temperature, but after leaving the owner's room it comes in and turns it off and when I came from the beach it was impossible to breathe in the room of heat.. a location to avoid..

Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. Odnos cene i kvaliteta, korektan.

A great place to spend your vacation. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need, beds, wardrobe, pedestals, safe, mini kitchen with a set of dishes, shower, hairdryer, towels, Wi-Fi, a large terrace with a dining area, cleaning every day. Not far from the sea. Near a large grocery store Mega and public transport. The hostess is hospitable.

Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!

A good place to relax. Took for 12 nights. Cozy 2 bed room, but in fact it turned out 3 (extra bed) on the 3rd floor, quietly, calmly. The views from the room turned out great, but it would be more beautiful if you cut down a branch of a wonderful olive tree a little. In room 14, where we lived has its own mini-kitchen. There is no kettle, but there is a large mug in which water can be boiled, the induction cooker boils in less than a minute. Little fridge and sink. A shower with a small side with curtains is convenient in principle, but the shower is not fixed to the wall. The iron for general use is ancient and dirty, which is scary to use, but through the cloth, it seems to be normal. Conder works in the room, but the blades do not move. Nearby there is a supermarket, the beach is very close.
