If you're looking for a hotel where service isn’t just a formality but a genuine commitment, Rubenstein is the place. From the moment we arrived, we were met by staff who were not only friendly but truly dedicated. The reception, housekeeping, breakfast team, and kitchen all worked together like a well-tuned orchestra.
We had requested firm mattresses in advance. Although they weren’t available at first, the hotel quickly found a solution — and from that point on, everything was perfect.
Breakfast was a delight: fresh, varied, and served with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere radiated care and professionalism. And then there’s the rooftop… wow. A hidden gem with a breathtaking view over Kraków’s historic centre.
Rubenstein Hotel isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel at home. Absolutely worth a visit, and a place I’ll gladly return to.
