A very comfortable and quiet hotel, perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from the old town. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very pleasant, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Very modern and spacious rooms. Highly recommended. Fridge kettle hairdryer iron and safe in the room.

The location is great, the rooms are big, toilets are clean. The staff are respectful. But I had an issue with the sky/roof curtain which could not be fixed and unfortunately sleeping is impossible having the sky curtain in fully open position. The other negative point is the check out time.additionally we have booked for 7 person and unfortunately 3 beds were sofa beds

Large, beautiful, and modern rooms, especially the bathroom was very nice! The bed was very comfortable, and check-in was easy and quick (I was able to get into my room at 12:45 PM). The location was great; the Kazimerz district has a great atmosphere with many bars and restaurants. Instead of key cards, there are physical keys.

Absolutely outstanding hotel, beautifully decorated and cleaned to the highest standards. Stayed with my two children for 4 nights we absolutely loved it. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and the cleaners a massive shout out to them they are very hardworking. I would 100% recommend this hotel and if in Poland again would definitely book to stay again. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. Clean, friendly and nice. I had a quiet room on the backside of the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The Hotel itselve is very nice. The reason why i'm very disappointed is that we've paid quiet a big amount of money for the hotel, and they didn't cleaned our room. Ofcourse it could be possible that the cleaning team forgets to clean the room. But at the reception there was no single solution offered, "there was a problem with the cleaning company"... So what? You make it our problem? Not very professional in my opinion. So next time we will look for another hotel.

This hotel is very clean and has welcoming workers(reception, cleaners and people who served food) they helped me find nice chilling places around and suggested some tour things to do during my stay. Definitely recommend .My partner and l wanted to change rooms for a bigger one with shower not bath and they offered us 3 choices to choose from. Worth the stay and value of money … blurry pictures cox my whole stay was just lit 😝😝
