Dusit Thani Laguna Hotel

I was greeted and served by Tamil and Candy. They were so welcoming and hospitable. Tamil noticed that I was carrying Teachers' Day gifts and kindly gave us a cake with Teachers' Day wishes on the house. The whole experience was really amazing. They really listen to your requests and do their best. The scenery was quite breathtaking. If you are looking for a holiday outside Singapore, this is definitely it!! Thanks Candy & Tamil for the hospitable service :)

We enjoyed our stay at Dusit Thani Laguna. The service was great - friendly, intuitive, helpful. The food at the Greenhouse was delicious, especially the Thai. The pool was beautiful and the entrance was safe, well managed. Our room was comfortable (no bathtub) and luckily we had a view of the pool/golf course. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a memorable stay.

We stayed here for three nights with our two year old son. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.
Unfortunately, I share the opinion with other reviewers. The location is just a little too far out. We used the offered shuttle service as much as we could but it was not offered often enough to be convenient and the last shuttle left at 6:00 PM, which was always too early after a day of discovering Singapore.
Also there is a massive construction happening close by. It is not noisy, but it is not a nice walk to the main road. The good news, however, is that we were told that this will become a train station. Once it is completed the location of the hotel will be ultra convenient.
Lastly, we would like to thank Kurban. He always helped us carrying our stroller and luggage when needed, and although it was clearly busy for him, he made time for a quick chat. Thank you very much for an overall good stay!

It's a really nice, newly furnished hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. But damn, it is a LONG way from anything convenient, and it is surrounded by construction works. The pool area is larger unimpacted by the noise and sounds of that though. The development works are likely to go on for years.

It was in deed a spectacular experience at this location. We enjoyed our week’s stay here. The carefully planned detailed hotel’s structure makes it allow the guests to feel it even more. The meals were average nothing to exaggerate, the staff were very nice too and does an excellent service. We also got an upgrade to our last stay which was very kind and helpful as we got to keep our luggage’s in the same room without any issues with time or of security.

Fantastic experience highly deserving of this 5 star rating. Visited in September 2021 with the hotel brand new and part of the awesome Laguna Golf Resort. Staff went out of their way to help us, with the room modern and slick. The best thing is staying here allows you to play Laguna golf, one of Singapore's best members only courses. Well done to all the Dusit Thani team!
