JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La

I love this Hotel and the facilities as well as the location. It is right next to the Train station Orchard Blvd and Tanglin shopping mall. Transport is good, groceries and restaurants are right next to hotel, rooms are clean and this hotel has everything we need. Staff are friendly and very helpful, housekeeping too very helpful and keeps room clean. US Consulate, Australia High commission and British council are just 4 mins walk from the hotel. Buy Transportation card at 7/11 store in Tanglin Mall. Singapore best spot to stay.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Staff service was excellent, particularly the team in the Club Lounge led by Dastine.
They really helped me out during my stay as I was recovering from surgery and their service was impeccable.

The proximity of this hotel to the mrt is great. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Staff were accommodating and food for breakfast was great. Noodle chef always had a happy hello.
Concierge service was helpful. Would continue to stay here as it is reasonably priced.

Been staying here while visiting a friend who has moved out this way.

Rooms
Rooms are fine. No complaints. Good size, desk, chair, fridge, tv, etc. broadly what I would expect at price.
Note that the difference between supreme and deluxe rooms is what floor you are on.

Amenities
Gym - 24h gym, fairly alright range of kit.
Pool - nice pool, roughly 20m I would guess at & places to chill around the edge.
Restaurants - I’ve not eaten here, but looks pretty great & is busy.

Location
You’re close to a crazy amount of shops if that is your thing, or the botanic gardens. Both of which are pretty remarkable.
Good rail links with the Orchard Boulevard station literally 15 meters away.

We held our wedding at Hotel Jen Tanglin and had an amazing experience! Xinyi was very attentive and helped us from the start till the end. She promptly answered all our queries and kept us updated on what we had to do.

The food was really good and all our guests enjoyed themselves. All the staff made sure everything went smoothly on the day itself.

Good hotel, liked it very much

Great place to stay. Close to dining, drinking,and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the staff that work the clubhouse. They are always very welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Staff is primary reason we have stayed multiple times in this hotel.

I felt well received and treated.
This is the most important thing.
Everything else was good/very good.

Only two suggestions: first, the cup with fruit you put in the refrigerator is very large for one person - it could be HALF of that size to avoid through away food; second, please, put in between the tea bags, you provide in the bedroom, PEPPERMINT tea.
