Village Hotel Bugis by Far East Hospitality

I want to say big thanks to Village Hotel Bugis, for such a wonderful and thoughtful hospitality. We're here for my Son 9th birthday trip. I asked for a little room decoration and this nice guy do it for us in a very extra miles. Some lovely young staffs also knocked our door and brought us slice of rainbow cake! Thank you! Dear management team, Please raise their salary.

Room is clean, with king bed size, 4 options pillow to soft - firm. Cool AC, has large window, bathroom well equipped with jet shower (so important for Indonesians), also bathtub!

Location was perfect, 7 mins walk to Bugis MRT, try to walk to the right after hotel lobby and explore Haji Lane & Arab Street!

Will back to this hotel for sure.

The hotel was better than expected. Although from the outside it doesn’t look like much. The staff couldn’t be anymore friendly or accommodating. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. All facilities were well kept and available to use.
The location was ideal and easy to get around. I’d highly recommend.

Hotel size is big, but it is slightly dirty in the shower room and the pillow is abit smelly. Overall still satisfied for the room at a reasonable price

The local is good and the hotel meets the standard. Nothing really stands out, the tap water doesn’t taste really good

I recently stayed at Village Hotel Bugis and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The property offers an excellent combination of comfort, convenience, and value — making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel’s location is one of its strongest advantages. It is only about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT Station (Exit B), and just steps away from Bugis Junction and Bugis Street, two of Singapore’s most vibrant shopping and dining areas. There is also a 7-Eleven convenience store directly across the hotel, which is very handy for quick needs or late-night snacks.

Although the building appears slightly dated, the facilities are well-maintained and function perfectly fine, ensuring guests still enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating — they provided smooth assistance during check-in and were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city. Another highlight is that tap water is safe to drink, which adds an extra layer of convenience for travelers.

Considering its strategic location, room quality, and level of service, the room rate is quite reasonable and well worth the price. Overall, Village Hotel Bugis delivers an excellent stay experience that balances comfort, accessibility, and value — definitely a hotel I would recommend for anyone visiting Singapore.

I love the location of the hotel as it is near everything from Haji Lane to Bugis Street. Very near to public transportation too like the MRT and Bus station. The room is pretty good, gets cold when you leave. The laundry service is good too. I also love the breakfast buffet for their variety and very accommodating staffs.

Stayed in their delux room (1307) for 3 nights. Superb location surround my best food. MRT and bus stoppages are really near. Specious room with a great view. Excellent housekeeping. Very friendly and welcoming staffs. Spotlessly clean. I'm coming again in this place. Highly recommended.

I very very recommend this hotel because the location was near in strategic area and the room so comfy and spacious with luxury design.

This is an older hotel with a good location, but it's clear it's in need of an update. The building and the table and wood doors in our room felt very old, and some of the wood was rotting and needs to be replaced. There was a minor renovation, it wasn't enough to address the overall condition. The water pressure was also very low, which was a bit frustrating. On the plus side, the location is excellent—it's very close to Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane, and within walking distance of Bugis Junction and the MRT station. Given the large room size and the lower price, the stay was acceptable overall.
