I stayed at this five-star hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and had almost everything I needed for a good workout. The pool area was great, with a bar conveniently located nearby.
The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the major malls, and the view from the room was stunning.

The room service crew, Mr Ball, appointed to my level was really good. Always initiate to ask me if I needed any assistance for the room. Very flexible at stopping his work on hands to pass me what I needed. The restaurant service was excellent too.

Great hotel on an excellent location just across the street from Platinum Fashion Mall. Breakfast is varied and always fresh. Housekeeping is the best ever seen, kind, professional and the rooms are always spotless. Mew went out of her way to accommodate us when I was sick. I’ll come back here again and again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the city center, making it ideal for shopping enthusiasts. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with newly renovated rooms. The food is simply delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The service provided by Ms. Suzanne, Ms. San, and Ms. Ae was outstanding and greatly appreciated. We also had a seafood buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant, which offered a magnificent food spread. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a discount, and our children were not counted, which was a kind gesture. The dinner satisfied my craving for crab. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families on vacation.

We have stayed in this hotel four times and it never fails to disappoint.
Service and staff are 5 star.
A special mention to our regular door man/receptionist Golf in who was absolutely incredible and helped to make our trip the best ever. My husband was dealing with an injury and he treated us like family, with so much care and kindness. A great example of the Thai hospitality.
The food was always good, particularly the buffet breakfast.
As always, we will be back again to experience this five star service.

This hotel definitely lives up to its name.
Delicious food, buffet breakfast and they new Indian restaurant is something different with flavors that will make you come back for more.
I would recommend this hotel to any I know that's visiting Bangkok.

had an exceptional stay at Amari Bangkok! The hotel's central location made exploring the city effortless. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views of the city skyline, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok!

location wise it is very nice since it is near many malls (platinum and central world) and within walking distance. the room itself is nice, spacious and clean. the toilet is also very spacious with shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks. only problem is we found a used towel behind the sink but i don’t really mind it. service wise very friendly. they always deliver stuff like water to the room quick and all are friendly. and when they clean the room they put the stuffed animals on the bed which is cute.

Room service was superb and was served fast. The restaurants in the hotel served amazing food and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Bangkok.
Only issue was the air-conditioning. I wish it was not centralized cooling, would have liked the freedom to set my own temperature.
Other than that, the stay was close to perfect.
