Rooms were spacious with separate basin & toilet/shower area.
Hotel hospitality was indeed 5 star. Every individual was so welcoming every single day and made our stay ease. The most unique thing I love is the lift!!!!!!!
Area is good, exactly opposite Platinum Mall, it’s just that currently there are construction for train so will have to wait just a slight longer otherwise the area is perfect. Walking distance to every possible corner =)

Breakfast is very nice.We enjoy the Breakfast Very much.Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Will stay again for next visit
However the aircon temperature controller spoilt and the room was very cold once aircon was on. Bed was too soft to me and I couldn’t sleep well. Toiletries could be more varied such as disposable combs and shaver. TV channel was boring and outdated too.
There are more rooms for improvement.
