The Okura Prestige Bangkok

Stayed at Okura for 5 days ( business trip and family vacation). Great hotel and awesome staff members. Very helpful to the guests. Not the newest hotel to date, but the hotel design is futuristic and well maintained.

The hotel provides many food options, however; please be advised that half of the hotel's food is PORK.

You will receive 500 Baht hotel credit each day during your stay. You can use the hotel credit to use the hotel services (spa, additional breakfast, additional laundry, etc).

Great Hotel. Amazing service. Everyone is trying their best to make sure that our stay is going smoothly. Breakfast is amazing. There’s a Japanese restaurant and buffet. At 1700-1900 they have a complimentary snack they call it, but for me it looks like a full dinner :)

Before coming here, I saw reviews saying that the hotel was old, and I was worried about that. But after arriving, I found it to be very good. There was no sense of old age or outdated feeling at all, as they maintained the place very well. The hotel’s swimming pool is very beautiful, and the breakfast each morning is very sumptuous. There are two restaurants to choose from: an international buffet and a Japanese restaurant. We mostly ate at the international buffet, where you can find anything you want to eat, with very fresh juices and a wide variety of fruits to choose from.

The location is also great, as there is a metro station right outside the hotel. Across the street, there are very famous massage shops, and there are several 7-Eleven stores downstairs along with a pharmacy. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around anywhere. The service from the hotel doorman is also excellent. We often ordered food delivery and they kindly brought it up to our room. We stayed here for nine days and had a very pleasant experience.

Beautiful hotel with stunning facilities, but their staff was the highlight of our stay. They were always willing to help with anything and everything! Absolutely incredible team of people they’ve got. Their gym is open 24/7, the view from the room is gorgeous, and their Japanese breakfast is delicious. The location is super convenient, next to central embassy and the MRT right next to you. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll come back every time I’m in town!

This is an expensive modern hotel with a stunning pool and incredible views. Breakfast is top notch, Asian style, wonderful staff and cleanliness. We truly enjoyed staying here on New Year's Eve!

Excellent Japanese style service (polite, responsive, not overbearing) and attention to detail. Rooms have great views and are quiet. The bath and shower are excellent - never ending hot water! :) The green tea they provide is delicious. I loved my stay at this hotel!

Everything was great except for the internet. I've stayed here twice and the accommodations are perfect. The only problem is the struggle with the internet. It always disconnects and gives a hard time reconnecting.
