Staff were very polite and accommodating. Going out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Location was within 10 mins walk to Phloen Chit BTS. Our particular room though had a few power outlets that weren't working, a minor convenience in the grand scheme of things. Great stay!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with every request. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was diverse and rich, offering a great variety of options. A wonderful stay overall!

I’m staying at a very quiet hotel in Thailand, where I can order whatever I want to eat and buy anything I need. The convenience of having a 7-11 right downstairs is amazing. I absolutely love this hotel. We’ve had a great experience, and we’ll definitely come back.

Very convenient location with the closest station being less than a 5 minute walk away. Service is excellent and shout out to Prissy for going above and beyond. She probably saved us a missed flight when insisting we check our flight booking again to make sure we were going to the right airport. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

An absolutely pleasurable experience. The staff are really nice and helpful, the rooms are excellent, extremely clean and food is not too bad - breakfast is great but i recommend the local restaurants for lunch and dinner since they are so close.

it‘s a good hotel with friendly staff. the breakfast is nice too. the room are spacious specially the bathroom but the shower feels a bit old. but the price value is very fair. can recommend it!

Every single person in this hotel embraces and shares completely the true essence of Thai amazing hospitality. You feel so welcomed from the greets by the bell person to the concierge who will escort you to the check in floor. And from there the representatives are all so polite, kind and informative in sharing you information about the hotel facilities. Each staff even at breakfast greets you with such warmth and service is absolutely on point. The FB supervisor Jake was extremely helpful in even helping us pack our frozen good. Thank you to the team of Sivatel for training such wonder staff and instilling them with great work morales and energy! Well done!

Great room, well planned out - except perhaps the toilet would be nice to have a separate door. Great location, easy to get around. My only real complaint is the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud and annoying to the point of earplugs. Staff fantastic and friendly.

Great experience. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in a very spacious two bedroom suite. Breakfast was delicious with exceptional service. Ms Prissy was very helpful with her recommendations. Her big smile always brighten up our day. The hotel location is walking distance to everything.

We booked Sivatel for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we couldn't have asked for more. The service was incredible. Special shout out to the breakfast manager and his team who went above and beyond to make us feel special from the first day to the last. The hotel surprised my wife with a birthday cake a few days before her birthday, knowing we would be checked out by then. Would 100% recommend Sivatel.
