This hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Bangkok. The service is exceptional; the staff goes out of their way to ensure your needs are met, often anticipating them before you even have to ask for assistance. The room is cozy, though not overly spacious. The bathroom is well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities. The room with a city view is particularly impressive.
The gym is big and well-equipped. Additionally, the rooftop bar offers a great atmosphere with enjoyable live music and delicious cocktails.

Fantastic little getaway. Breakfast in the premier lounge was always so lovely. The service we received from Mint in Premier Lounge was exceptional. Always friendly and welcoming. Always going out of her way.

Booked through the Allcor app and managed to get the rooms I wanted close together. Location was good. However room was not soundproof and could hear the roadworks and people walking outside the room. Hotel was a bit old with the shower head very dirty. Rain shower was better. Only provided 2 bottles of water throughout our 2 days of stay.

Arrived late at night on 23rd November 2024, requested for a connecting room but due to high occupancy in this festive season, the team tried their best to find for us which is really nice to hear. They managed to get us a connecting room, which we really appreciate it! My family and I were greeted by the team with a warm smile especially Mike, Fon, Cherry, Sai and Si. Continue to provide a lovely hospitality to the guests. Keep up the good work! :)

Superb location excellent staff. Their staff Toy and Janis are so helpful! And speak very good English! Been here 3rd time and they never disappoint! Just look at the size of the room! I will always come back to Novotel Siam Square just because of the location, service and smiles!

My wife got really sick and Eddy, who works at the reception, helped us a lot. her help was priceless and without her we would not have had the same good experience. Eddy's help came from the heart and she is just an amazing person. The hotel can really be recommended, as the location, facilities and service are awesome. Best regards Michael

Lovely hotel. I especially liked the massage centre. I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing with all the latest gadgets. Only small issue was that someone had been smoking in the room previously which I guess you can't blame the hotel for

Stayed here from 1 Oct to 5 Oct. The room was really big and the view outside was amazing (when it isn't raining). CentralWorld mall is connected to the hotel, although a few transfers are needed.
The room was spaciously big, although for some reason the shower room door would not close fully.
Also appreciate that they gave us a piece of cake to celebrate my birthday. Will stay again!

Went for a convention and later the roof top open air bar. The view is brilliant. Drinks are very expensive. The hotel is connected to Central World and is a great location to the department store and all the other shopping centres. It’s a shame their old coffee shop downstairs was changed to serve Starbucks coffee. They used to serve Italian coffee and delicious icecream, snacks, food and sandwiches. The connection to Central World is a bit weird. The area where you wait for lifts to go to the hotel near the supermarket is very hot and stuffy. It has been like this for years. Wonder why there isn’t any improvement. Maybe the management think it is a waste of money or too hard to manage. There is no staff or security guards there.

5 star accommodation, 5 star service. The room was extremely comfortable and huge. Everything was working perfectly, from the TV, the lights and the shower. Our room has a set of very comfortable couches. The staff were polite and well trained. They also could converse in basic English. The staff were extremely helpful and service oriented; we wanted to know how to clear our rubbish as we couldn't find any rubbish bin. Instead they sent a service personnel to our room to take the rubbish away.
