The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too.
Every Sat, they organize Thailand‘s fruit and dessert at the lobby for guests to eat and know about Thailand. We have enjoyed the different kind of fruits and some desserts😋And at the same times, know the name of the fruits and desserts.
Outside the hotel has many massages shop and food. Basically, just walk out the hotel and you will find plenty of them.
One small downside was that housekeeping missed clearing the toilet bin on the first day. We had to remind them three times before it was finally taken care of. Other than that, everything was good — clean room, comfortable stay, and excellent location. Would still recommend for its prime location and overall good service.
However, there are constructions happening in front of the hotel and the works continued even at 3/4am!! It’s noisy ! Would appreciate if the hotel inform the guest upon check in if the rooms allocated will be affected by the noise. Also, I understand that hotel has no control over the works and noise, but it would be good if the hotel can provide ear plugs to the affected guests to help them sleep better.
The hotel room is big, with 2 queen-sized beds, tables and counters for our luggage and souvenirs, and a big TV with numerous news and movie channels.
The room service staff reacted quickly to our request for more towels and slippers, and topped up the water promptly after cleaning our room.
The buffet spread is good and changes every day.
Didn't use the swimming pool, which is beside the buffet area, but it is used frequently by other guests and is clean too.
The view from the room is great too! One can see the new buildings and construction along the road (see image). One minor thing is that the road construction was still going on at 11pm at night, which was a little disruptive to our sleep. Hopefully, at the next visit, the construction would have already been completed.
There is construction near the hotel and noise can be heard from day to night, especially midnight. I suggest ear plug prepared by hotel will be more welcome.
The best part is Staff are friendly and Concierge is very helpful.
The ongoing construction also resulted in a dusty and unpleasant environment. Furthermore, accessing the hotel by taxi proved challenging, with many drivers unwilling to navigate to the hotel, particularly in rainy weather. Pre-booking transport and adding at least 20 minutes to travel time due to potential delays is strongly recommended.
We will not return until the construction is completed. The constant noise and inconvenience simply overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.
