This hotel is conveniently located in the city center with easy access to the duty-free store. The hotel boasts a modern and stylish decor. Plus points for the ample basement parking.
Unfortunately, our experience with the service staff was disappointing. The food was exceptional, but the hospitality was far below expectations. A particular incident involving a staff member, presumably a team leader, clearing our plates prematurely was shocking. While we weren't direct customers, basic hospitality standards should still be upheld. This is a stark contrast to our previous experience at a Pullman in Phuket.
I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the service issues.

Dear Pullman King Power Hotel Management,

I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. We booked an executive room, which provides access to the executive lounge and airport lounge vouchers. Airport vouchers were not necessary for us as we travel business or first class, but we chose this room for its other benefits.

We were traveling with our two children, one of whom is only 1.5 years old. During breakfast, our youngest was having difficulty eating, and as vegetarians, we found it challenging to find suitable food options outside the hotel. To ensure our child had something to eat, my spouse placed some fried rice and vegetables in a small lunch box for the baby. A waiter approached us and informed us that taking food outside was not allowed. Despite our explanation that the food was for our baby, she insisted and made us feel as if we were doing something wrong. When we called for the manager, the waiter continued to gesture towards us in a manner that made us feel belittled. Although the manager and the waiter eventually apologized, the incident spoiled our mood.

The following day, we tipped the waiter 100 baht in hopes of avoiding further issues and enjoying our meal in peace. However, at around 11:15 am, I was asked to move out of the restaurant as the staff needed to prepare for lunch service. I was directed to sit at an outside table, which was inconvenient and made us feel rushed and less important than cleaning a table.

At the time of checkout, we requested some water at the restaurent, but were initially refused and told we needed to purchase it, despite having just had breakfast there within the last 30 minutes. These minor inconveniences added up and negatively impacted our overall experience.

Additionally, at the time of check-in, we had early access to the executive lounge where breakfast was being served. We were told that the executive lounge would be complimentary for us at all times. However, we were not informed that breakfast on the first day was not complimentary. Only after we began using the services were we told that breakfast was not included and we could only have drinks and bread. This lack of communication made us feel unwelcome in front of other guests, as it was the staff's duty to inform us about the services we could avail of in advance.

As loyal All-Accor Plus members who chose one of your higher-end rooms, we were disappointed with the service we received. These issues have made us reconsider staying at this hotel in the future.
