Pullman King Power Hotel

Excellent hotel with great hospitality and helpful staff. Very cosy, quiet and modern 5-star hotel. Particularly impressed with the helpful check-in/out staff and quiet dining offered by Pullman King Power.

I check from 18 till 21 may 2025. The overall experience was fantastic.. I have a balcony room. Size is okay for us and the front desk staff are just so helpful and friendly as well The service staff, the hotel serve a very good breakfast and I’m sure I’ll be back again soon.  thank youPullman team we have a wonderful stay in Bangkok..

Nice location, excellent service, good breakfast

A solid 5 star hotel with great facilities. Beautifully designed lobby, garden, bar and pool area. I stayed amidst their renovation, i was given 500barht cash voucher per day which is a fantastic gesture. Location wise, it’s a 10mins walk to Victory Monument BTS. If you come from airport, you’d better take taxi rather than riding the airport line. Google map shows it’s an easy 10mins walk from the Phaya Thai station however there are several cross bridges.

This hotel has an amazing buffet seafood. Location is in the middle of Bangkok. Staffs are friendly.

Very accessible to the location. Good hotel, the only problem is very expensive...Good service and facilities with great swimming pool.

I stayed here a few times. Friends wonder why i choose to stay on the outskirts of Bangkok. It is actually not far from the Bangkok city centre. Just 3 stops on the train, and i am in Siam Paragon. And the station is less than 10 min walk from the hotel.

Being a little out of the city centre allows me to be away from the crowd when i have done what i needed to do in the city centre. Hotels in the city centre tend to have many people around and in the lobbying. Pullman Kingpower's surroundings are much quieter and serene. It is good to have a place to get away from the crowds and congestion of the city centre

Also, this hotel is huge with its surroundings uncluttered or congested by high-rise buildings.

Kingpower duty-free shopping mall next door offers free coach transfers to the airport twice a day. There is no need to buy anything to get on the coach. It also offers a free access lounge if you need it. Transfers and lounge are only for customers of the hotel and the mall.

Around the hotel, there are many small traditional Thai style shops, trendy cafes and decent massage services. There is also a cinema in a shopping mall nearby that has also a supermarket, foodcourt and many wonderful restaurants and eateries.

Hotel is centrally located but not too near the main shopping belt which is perfect for people who don't like the chaos near the shopping belt. There is an outdoor pool which the kids enjoyed. Also very soothing feeling when you enter into the building. Great service too. Many thanks for the enjoyable stay.

The hotel provides a lot of coupons and discounts which is really nice. Tried their japanese restaurant tenko omakase lunch and spa in hotel. Very good service, food is good and tasty but not like impressive. The massage was really good and Bua did a really good job.
Gym and swimming pool are clean and decent. Quite satisfied with facilities.
Location wise the hotel is in Phaya Thai, which is 5-10 mins from airport express metro by foot. Very convenient. They have king power shopping mall next door. 7-11 is like 3-5 mins walk outside the hotel.
Room is clean and decent. Not much a view coz I can only see the swimming pool and the internal garden which is not so bad.
In general had a good stay.

I have stayed at most of the five-star hotels in Bangkok, but this one was very disappointing because of old female manager in the executive lounge,despite the spacious suite room.

First, my stay included package benefits, but most of them were not provided. I had to ask the reception several times to confirm what was included. Second, even after they finally gave me the promised voucher, it had already expired last year. I had to request a replacement once again.

Third, I had two visitors who stayed in my room for less than an hour to have tea. However, a female manager insisted that I pay an extra charge because there were three people. I clearly explained that they were just visiting. (For reference, I am a fluent English speaker.) If I hadn’t repeatedly clarified the situation, she would have charged me.

Lastly, she even asked me if I had used a condom and said I would need to pay for it. Omg, I stayed alone—why would I use a condom by myself?

The old female manager (Konmi??) gave me the worst worst memeory. Is this the hotel’s policy for making more money? Or is she making team up with the cleaning lady to harass solo travelers? Even with such a small lounge, I have never experienced this level of disrespect.
