Fantastic location smack bang in the middle of Chinatown. Excellent food options nearby. Chao phraya express boat pier within walking distance. Room had great views. Small pool on the roof which was welcoming. Bar prices outrageous, go to lotus or 7-11. Air conditioning fan unable to be adjusted so bring earplugs. Maids kept forgetting to empty bathroom bin, replenish tissues, dust under the bed etc. Front desk staff and concierge very friendly. Restaurant on the ground floor lobby was good and staff friendly.

I stay at triple room. The room is quite good and spacious. We enjoyed staying here. Deposit fee: 1000 Baht (returnable when check out). Given free wifi too. Have hot shower. Have great view. Lighting is not bright, a little dark. Overall, recommended.

Great location and brilliant view of the city from our room. We got free welcome drinks voucher to use at the bar which was a nice touch and of course China town and all the street food is right on your doorstep. The room is very spacious with a nice city view and a bath tub. We had a strange moment during check out when they said we had taken a pair of slippers from the room. I got them to check the room again and then she said the cleaner found them. It was very awkward moment at checkout which spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

Just went to eat at 25th floor last night. The server charged us an automatic 10% tip. We were okay with that, But she said that was the charge for all the service of the hotel staff? (We just found out that if you eat there,you have to pay for all service charged of the service staff there!!) But we didn't stay there. We just went to eat. Why are you charging us for all the service in the hotel? she told us that it was not the charge for the tip of the server. Anyway we gave her a cash tip 300 baht. We ate 3700 baht, including the cash tip, it was about 4000 baht. The server acted nice, But her behavior was not good at all. We have leftover food and wanted to wrap it up to take home (wrap it ourselves), but she wrapped it up for us. She even wrapped the chicken bones that were next to the plate for us, even though we asked for a box to wrap it ourselves. Not happy with the service . Just give the taste of the food 2.5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the entire property. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I mean they have a no smoking policy, but why do the hotel smell like a old person lived/died here? Smells very bad of smoke and just old smell. So if you go here bring tiger balm for your nose. The view is amazing from my small room on the 20. Floor. Nice view of the river.
The room looks ok. It is very old like the building. Bed is ok. I just ordered room service on this very bad app. Let’s see what will come. I payed 2.300 baht for one night witch is ok, with this view.
The AC has not been cleaned and it looks like it is from the 60’s. I can’t wait for checkout tomorrow.
But I wanted one night here in Chinatown. Next time I will just take a grap instead.

Overall a great place to stay: the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building is showing its age in general wear and tear. The pool is very small and the seating is not so comfy; small chairs. What would make it so much better would be lounge chairs; and allow to bring drinks to deck since there isn’t a bar there! Location is perfect! I enjoyed having a patio with views of the river.

3 star hotel with 5 star service. This property is older, but really well taken care of. The staff are excellent. Location is great for the street food in China town. No complaints for the price, location, and level of service. All the staff we interacted with deserve appreciation for their professionalism.

Great location nice room. Breakfast was served in cafe ground floor. Staff were lively apart from reception who gave us no information about the hotel and when prompted gave us incorrect information.
