It was spacious and very comfortable
The hotel's location is great, and I've visited it many times. I had to run an appointment and wanted to check in early, but unfortunately, the previous guest had a late check-out and couldn't.It can't be helped, but it was a bit disappointing

My favourite hotel in BKK. I’ve stayed here a few times. The rooms in the residence building are super comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine for your laundry. They have smart tvs in every room too. Every amenity you could possibly need is provided for including toiletries, dishwashing and laundry soap. It’s relatively quiet despite being conveniently located in the middle of Siam and 5 mins from MBK. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff are very kind and respectful. Highly recommend 👍👍

Overall, a great stay! Very convenient, very comfortable, had all the amenities you could possibly think of.
Gym was a little small, but basic enough to do what you need to do. There was one occasion where our entry card didn’t work, but front desk sent a buggy down within 5 mins with new cards for us (thank you, Day!). There was an issue with mosquitoes in our room though; we ended up killing atleast 3-5 per day…but they’re quite big and slow, so it wasn’t too bad.
It is a quiet service apartment that is right next to the hotel. The hotel has better-looking amenities, but honestly for the size of the loft we had, we didn’t really care. It was great!
Location is super walkable and so near BACC and MBK. The skywalk bridge literally connects you everywhere in the area, and the train station is right at the mouth of the street too! Would definitely go back and stay:)

Great Location. Near BTS and many sopping malls. Room are spacious and clean. The staff are polite and helpful.

This hotel is phenomenal! Everything from the staff, rooms, breakfast and amenities.. it was all perfect. The doormen were so attentive and friendly, always helping us with our bags and going above and beyond with every encounter. The front desk staff always greeted us with smiles on their faces. The room was spacious, and we loved the large bathtub! It was such an enjoyable time, that coming back to the hotel/room after a long day was also one of our favorite parts of the trip. Would 100% recommend this hotel during your stay in Bangkok :)

Absolutely perfect experience: 10/10! The hotel offers top-notch amenities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. Its location is just a short walk from Siam Square, MBK Mall, and other central attractions. The service is truly outstanding; the staff is attentive, accommodating, and even assist with your your luggage. A special shoutout to Day, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Overall very good stay, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, but walking distance to Mbk center, Siam paragon and central world mall. Lots of dining option. Breakfast buffet is sufficient, but not impressive. Facility is slightly dated in my opinion.

The hotel is fantastic! The rooms are clean and super spacious. The service is outstanding- they take care of your luggage and store it for as long as you need. Everything feels really high quality. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. Great value for the price. I highly recommend it!
