Hotel Review
I recently stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, primarily because of its proximity to the GMMTV building, which was ideal for me as a BL fan. My experience was wonderful and truly memorable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Each time I left the hotel, I greeted them, and they always responded with a Wai, making me feel genuinely appreciated. The hospitality extended to the cleanliness of the rooms as well. Every day, my room was cleaned thoroughly, which added to the comfort of my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially BL fans looking for convenient accommodation near GMMTV.

I ranked this from unsafe to annoying:
The windows aren't airtight you so will be breathing carbon monoxide from a traffic heavy road and could possibly die while you sleep. (see pic)
The shower has no door or screen so the whole bathroom gets unsafely wet. (see pic)
The building shakes and feels like a level 2 earthquake every few minutes. Traffic noise is heavy.
The "balcony" is a former AC ledge and to step on it feels unsafe. Its also caged to look like a prisoner getting some fresh air time. (see pic)
The curtains dont fit so you get blasted with sunshine at 6am (see pic)
Bed feels soft in areas from high sex amount.
When i first checked in i had to climb 4 flights only to find out my card didn't work.
After 4 hours sleep, woke up with a rare migrane. I booked for 3 nights and left after 16 hours , no refund.
Condemn this place. ศูนย์ดาว.

Room was just ok but don’t appreciate the front service (check-in staff) as the card is not working and I walked downstairs to asked for her help twice.. she said my room number (thought I was tap on the wrong door🤷🏽♀️).. told me to go try again and for the third time she finally decided to stomped up the stairs and help me
If you come help at the first time I asked it couldn’t be this bad, I had a long day and I’m not really up for walking up and down stairs from the 3rd floor for 3 times
Not coming again and don’t recommend to my friends

Thank you for the warm welcome! The room was clean and good! I really enjoyed staying at Narawad plus the fact that it was very near to Gmm 😂😍 I appreciate the staff from being patient to my partner’s need 😂 i was shy because my partner was very talkative 😂😂

We don't have any decent photos at the hotel. Haha but we're very happy that we chose Narawad Boutique Hotel as our hotel on our Bangkok trip. It's affordable and they still gave us discounts, super worth it! 🌼 We love seeing our room cleaned after an exhausting but fun day. To the receptionist who assisted us during the check in and check out, thank you. He's very polite and kind. 💯 recommended!

1. The room was very clean; newly renovated and equipped with a smart TV and telephone.
2. Sikorn and his staff were very warm and friendly. They’ll check on you from time to time to make sure that everything is okay.
3. The internet was fast and stable - perfect for those who work remotely.
4. The place is convenient. It’s close to Terminal 21 and train stations.
Worth the price! I’ll definitely stay here again. 😊

Great location - the hotel is located in the center of Bangkok in Sukhumvit Area close to Asoke BTS Station and Sukhumvit MTR, Service is amazing from this small hotel. I was welcome warmly by the hotel owner and service staff, that make you feel very spacial one. A small hotel but feel very homey, comfy and feel like stay at home. I highly recommend for this hotel in a small budget and get 5 star service. I will definately come back.

The room evenly priced considering it is at the heart of Asoke. The room was clean and organized, also the common area was very convenient during meals, socialization and for workspace. Plus, the owner and the people working there was very helpful and hospitable. It was a very commendable stay.

Very nice and well maintained hotel with great service. I checked in late at 9pm and was able to check in through their speaker phone - I actually really liked how easy it was.
The room is modern and looks like the photos, amazing smart tv with Netflix and YouTube and usb chargers in the wall. They also have universal adapters for your electronics in the wall which makes it very easy to charge things from your own country. The air con is like new and doesn’t make much sound.
The only negative is there’s no elevator (owner explained it’s an older building) and for some strange reason it is not recognised on the Grab app so it’s hard to locate for grab taxi or food delivery. Otherwise it’s amazing value for the price you pay and amazing location.

I stayed in Standard King Room with private bathroom. The price is more than reasonable and although room is not big, it's big enough for me. Staff are friendly and free wifi with really fast internet speed is provided. No breakfast available yet but there are many restaurants and shops such as 7-eleven near the hotel. I can't hear any noise from another room but earplugs are needed to sleep at night since the room I stayed is close to the main road. Apart from that, everything is great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
