The two staff members at the front desk Pop and Pony were an absolute dream. Both of them always smiled when we passed by. Whenever we asked them a simple questions, for example: Which massage they recommend close by, they took the time to check properly for good massages in the area and called them.
In summary: Very kind staff with one of the best services I have ever experienced, when we come back to Bangkok it will be the same place.

Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Please try Pad Thai. A place to stay if you want to enjoy convenient and like home hospitality.

I stayed here for 14 days as I was a student at a local institution.
W Station is such a nice small hotel with a decent hang out/dinner area that I would hang around all night long studying. The staff were so accommodating and very attentive to our needs.
I have to mention the boys, Pat and James who i meet most often in the evenings. They addressed our issues with uttermost attention. Some other staffs , whom i can’t remember the names, eg: The one who is pregnant, she too would go great lengths to assist us.
The rooms are clean neat. Curtains a little dusty.
Otherwise i would recommend this place for anyone with long term stays!
Their restaurant serves good food and coffee too!! Fried chicken is a must try!

W Station is a hidden gem! Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and just a short walk to BTS. Quiet area but close to city spots. Great value for money—perfect for a relaxing Bangkok stay.

The location was great as it was close to the metro station. The amenities could be better, there was no hand soap or slippers in the room, but they provide them when you ask for it. The stuff was really nice.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It has a convenient location, close to a BTS Skytrain station and a large 7/11.
I am fairly sensitive to noise and didn’t experience any issues during my stay on the fifth floor. All the staff are helpful and friendly.
The hotel also has a pleasant vibe, with a cute German Shepherd, goldfish, and birds out front.
