Irresponsible and misleading – terrible experience

I contacted the hotel one month in advance via their official Facebook page, requesting a proper room as someone in my family has respiratory issues. At that time, many rooms were available, and they confirmed they would arrange a suitable room.

However, upon arrival, we were placed under the stairs, behind public restrooms, in a damp and moldy room. When I complained, they only offered a room next to the cleaning storage and claimed no other rooms were available – even though it was clear that many were still empty.

The actual room was much smaller than shown online, and the location is far from the center. The hotel also promised a tuk tuk service to BTS, but there was no such thing. Staff were unhelpful and avoided taking responsibility.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had – I will never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
