Very good hotel and good price. The staff are very kind and helpful. Close to restaurants and bars, and there is a big park and lake close by.

Still currently at the hotel. Will be looking for another as we want to check out early. T.V very limited. Not smart TV. The Internet is an absolute nightmare. As i sit here yet again at 11.01pm with no internet. It Constantly drops. They have aroound 4 routers attached to the ceilings in the corridor which i am guessing are supposed to be servicing all the rooms on the 4th floor. So if you NEED Internet I highly sugest skipping this hotel. The staff are freindly. But in 2024, Pretty much non existant internet and 2 english channels. No smart Tv. I give this place a 1. If i could share photos here i would. I took photos as i will be doing another review .

Simple but clean rooms in a great location not far too from Nana BTS station. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing a complimentary umbrella to use when it was raining as well as helping to organise a speedy taxi to the airport. It has a nice lil pool on the roof that has jets like a jacuzzi. No balconies in the rooms which is a drawback.

I've visited Thailand many times and Woraburi hotel is ALWAYS a reliable stop on my itinerary. Always a fantastic level of service and a special mention must be paid to the staff members Spring and Aom. These absolute superstars have always put in a huge effort to make me feel welcome and make things go as easily as possible. One of the only places I have been where I have extended my stay, and then found at the desk the next morning they have already seen my booking and made preparations so that I could either stay in the same room, or make a smooth transition to a new one. I'm not sure who the managers are, but these two staff are incredible!
As for amenities, nothing really lacking so much.. nice cozy pool and reliably tidy. Very good value for money. If coming from the airport, try to get your driver to take the shortcut from the far end of soi 4. Otherwise traffic can get very congested at night driving from Sukhumvit end.

Beautiful Hotel, love that there is so much nature, the pool is lovely and the staff very helpful. The room was very big and with a bathtub. Really recommend this place

Staff are very,very polite and helpful. Great location, short walk to Skytrain. Spacious rooms and ensuite. Would be nice if coffee cups and tea/coffee were provided in the room with the complementary kettle though.

Older style hotel, but well maintained. Priced well for the area, very close to Bangkok Central. Lots of bars, restaurants, and nighttime entertainment. The pool area is a great area to relax. Just wish some of the other guests wouldn't leave their rubbish around when there are garbage bins located close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable with just about everything you need provided. The only thing missing in our room was coffee cups. A brand new kettle was in the room. Toiletries are provided and fresh clean towels daily. There are pool towels available at the pool or reception. A nice little coffee shop is also in the complex.

The room was okay. I had issues with the air conditioning but staffs were able to fix it right away. The female staff at the front desk have a bit of an attitude when I asked for help.

We mistakenly made a double order
We canceled one order while free cancellation was listed
We arrived at the hotel and while we were staying we noticed that we were charged twice and were surprised to find out that it was non-refundable according to Agoda's explanation it was an hour difference
We asked to reach an agreement with the hotel and they insisted on taking double the amount from us without considering our situation. We were very disappointed by the disrespectful attitude and the insistence on taking double the amount from us. An inappropriate hotel for us.
