This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in Bangkok!
We definitely appreciated the commitment to the 1920s’ style theming, which gives the hotel a classy vibe.
The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the rooftop bar was amazing, with unreal views, amazing food and cocktails, and very attentive staff. The pool is also definitely worth checking out, as the view is amazing.
The room is very nice, with our only small critique being that some furniture, etc. is a little worn, and the bathroom did smell like tobacco, presumably from a previous guest.
However, this is not a major issue at all, and the rest of the room is great - particularly, the bed was extremely comfortable and very hard to leave!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to return again soon!

I stayed for six nights on a business visit, which was brilliant. The hotel is nicely decorated and, as noted in previous reviews, has dimmed-down lights, but it adds to the ambience. The best part was the staff at the hotel, and they helped me with all my requests.

The Medici Restaurant is superb. I have been 3 Times over the last few years and I am never disappointed.
The decor setting is absolutely beautiful. The Opera on Friday night is fantastic and great atmosphere.
The food is always delicious and a very high standard.
Our waiter Saunut was sensational friendly, attentive without being intrusive

This hotel was fabulous! We had a suite with a balcony and it was perfect. You get all the trimmings of a 5 star hotel … exceptional service, fabulous breakfast and evening turndown service. We had a small minibar included in the price of our room.

The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is just down from a large intersection (on a one way road) so it can take grab / taxis a while to get to you. So if you walk up or down the road, it can save a lot of time.

I have stayed at all sorts of 5 star properties but my experience here was favourite. The hotel is well located, away from the hustle bustle of the city yet so close to it. The time you enter the hotel, their fragrance captivates your mind! The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean and the bathtub style is my personal style. The rooftop bar has amazing view. The pool area is also nice. Overall very satisfied and definitely staying here next time when I visit

All 5 stars, love this place, spacious rooms, attentive staff and everything from the salon, and steak restaurant which we went to was superb, as was the rooftop bar.
Located in a quite stretch of Langsuan.. near restaurants and a classy stretch in the middle of Bangkok

One time at Langsuan, I have a chance to try Muse first scene at lobby area look elegant.
Sense of luxurious comes long with nice services from Front Desk.
I have met Manager K. Top, I can feel high services educate from him already. he has delivery the high standard to me. Special Thanks to him & team
Also Wagyu burger at the restaurant is perfect cook & chicken slider dish is best recipes.
Concierge lady and bell team very nice and keep smile (sorry I can’t recognize their name)

We really enjoyed our stay in Muse during our first visit to Bangkok.
The room was clean throughout our stay.
The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom has this huge glass wall that could be blocked out using an electric blind. But you could have a bath with a city view if you like.
The service throughout the hotel was very attentive. Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was also really good. The rooftop bar was also so romantic with a fantastic view and a cool vibe.
Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely time with my wife at Hotel Muse. The rooms are very modern and nicely decorated. Super comfy. Location is great. The rooftop speakeasy bar is awesome. Their cocktails are out of this world. Breakfast has huge variety of offerings. All are delicious. Lastly bu most importantly the hotel stuff (particularly our receptionist was super friendly and helpful
