Rachamankha Hotel

This is a local Chiang Mai hotel.
It's an 800-meter walk from the bustling Old City area. Children under 12 aren't allowed, and it's very quiet.
Check-in was smooth, and the front desk service was excellent. However, all five rooms we stayed in had a stale smell. The rooms were slightly larger than expected, and cleanliness was meticulously done.
The à la carte breakfast was perfectly acceptable, though the presentation could be a bit more refined, perhaps due to the chef's skill. However, the appetizer bread was served warm, a welcome change from the cold bread you get at many international hotels.
The owner is a true enthusiast of Chinese culture, and displays of blue and white porcelain can be found throughout the hotel. However, from a Chinese perspective, there's a difference between appreciating and truly understanding.

Overall, a two-night stay was sufficient to experience the experience.
The entire Chiang Mai tourism industry has been severely damaged by the pandemic.

Environment: The hotel's exterior environment is very good, and the breakfast is also very delicious😋
Service: The service is OK
Facilities: The internal facilities are relatively old. We lived on the second floor, and there were ants on the bed🐜.
Here comes the point. The room on the second floor where we lived looked very weird, and the paintings hanging inside were not appreciable, and they were very creepy. The dog behind kept barking at night.
We stayed for 2 nights. In short, it was very weird. I don't know how to evaluate this room at this price.

Who knows, it feels like staying in the home in "One Hundred Years of Solitude", it's amazing, full of style, quiet, but conveniently located. There are many white people in the hotel, the water in the swimming pool is super clean, the breakfast is varied and large, be careful not to order too much

Medieval, Chinese, Buddhist, courtyard, these elements are all my first choice when choosing a hotel. Plus the location is very good in the ancient city, there is a sense of tranquility of a secluded hotel. Although it is fully booked, you hardly run into other guests unless you are having breakfast.

Located in the quiet backstreet even in the middle of old town square. The architecture is traditional local villa style, nice layout in the backyard with tropical greens, the atmosphere is simply decorated with good old days crafts.
Local staff are sincere and empathetic which is Thai people’s excellent quality.
A perfect hideaway for a relaxing break while experiencing the culture of Chiang Mai.

It’s super nice boutique hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Superb breakfast. You can get true quality time for resting and relaxing. One thing to complain is that their service people has limited English capability. Sometimes they don’t get what you request for them.
