During my last stay, I was having a hard time and ordered food delivery to the hotel. I asked the staff to bring the food up to my room because I wasn’t feeling well enough to go downstairs. They kindly helped, and it really impressed me.
Personal Experience:
The bed was comfortable and my overall experience was great. Very clean and the sheets felt like brand new when slept on it.
The main rooftop was closed during my visit, hope to experience it during my next trip.
Areas of improvement:
Could work on greeting guests upon arrival. 5 star hotels like Maladee did good for me and many others like the Taj in India do a phenomenal job at welcoming guests.
A few complimentary snacks, tea and coffee would be great in the room. This could include any cup noodle or a good granola bar for guests especially the ones arriving late at night and just want a bite. You can still charge for extra amenities like the beer or other snack.
There is ample staff here, a small tour of the hotel would be awesome especially when the guest request it.
Room: I booked a family room, which is very spacious; however, the ceiling feels a bit low.
Service: The service was excellent, with friendly smiles everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very quick.
Vibes: The overall vibe was great, though the weather was not ideal, which limited our enjoyment of the swimming pool. The kid zone definitely is a plus plus.
