The hotel is within walking distance of the entertainment clubs, restaurants and bars of Patong Bay. Located on a rocky slope with a large elevation difference that can be an obstacle for the elderly and children. Frequent tides kompensiruet free Shuttle service to Kata beach. Recommend for young people and couples without children.

Consists of six 3-storey detached houses, terraces descending to the sea.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Betty and May from the guest relations team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both of them were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Betty was incredibly professional and thoughtful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. May added a personal, heartfelt touch that made our experience feel truly special. Together, they created a seamless and memorable stay. Outstanding service — thank you both!
The problems began with a prolonged and unnecessarily complicated check-in process. While I understand there was an issue with our reservation, the solution offered was far from ideal and lacked flexibility or proper customer care.
The room size was shockingly small—far smaller than what one would expect for the price and rating of the hotel.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the shuttle club car service between the lobby and the rooms. The wait times were excessively long, and there was no clear or fair system in place to determine the order of service. On multiple occasions, we noticed that other families—often of different nationalities—were prioritized, even when we had arrived first. We raised these concerns with both the security personnel and the employee coordinating the transfers, but disappointingly, nothing was done, and no feedback or follow-up was provided.
The pools were extremely small, especially in comparison to similar hotels, and the breakfast was both limited in variety and poor in quality.
Frankly, I don’t understand the high ratings and recommendations this hotel receives. Aside from the convenient location, none of the services met our expectations.
Lastly, while the checkout process was relatively quick, it was not handled professionally. No one asked about our experience or if we enjoyed our stay, which felt dismissive and showed a lack of interest in guest satisfaction.
In summary, this stay was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others. It is not worth the price
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff Ms. Jubjib made us feel incredibly welcome and were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and she happily answered all of our questions with a smile.
The entire staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. It really made a difference in our overall experience.
The food was another highlight. We enjoyed every meal we had at the hotel—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything was well-prepared and flavorful.
Overall, this was a truly enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We enjoyed five nights in a two-bedroom Ocean View Villa. The room was excellent being clean and tidy with superb views.
We dined at both the Thai and Italian restaurants. Both offered excellent food and we particularly enjoyed the degastation menu with paired wines at the Italian restaurant. We also used room service dining which we ordered using an app. The food arrived within 30 minutes and was beautifully arranged on our dining table.
One morning we had a 6:30 a.m. pickup for a day out on a boat. The resort provided breakfast Hampers and towels and a wake up call. We found the service throughout our stay to be excellent.
As ONYX members we enjoyed 10% discount on all food and Beverage as well as other services such as spa. We also had free use of snacks and mini bar in the room as well as cash to spend in the resort. On arrival the staff clearly pointed out all of the benefits of our membership.
On the whole our experience was very positive and we would return again.
Special note: then hotel is in a small mountainous area, so there will be many stairs and lots of walking. May not be good for people with bad knees.
Cons : Staff is not welcoming to Indians. They tend to speak rudely without any reason. The property is not easily walkable to beach. Bathrooms are so tiny as if its for prison mates.
Considering they charge as five star, avoid this property. Go for Holiday inn, which is in middle of Patong beach and also local staff is not racist to Indians.
Only staff who was nice was Sophie (She is from Holland). Rest all local staff is hopeless.
