I strongly advise against staying at Anchor Boutique House in Phuket. Our experience was appalling, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

We booked a room from December 22nd to 25th, paying 7000 bahts in advance. After a grueling 16-hour drive from Bangkok, we arrived early morning, only to be met with a hotel that fell far short of our expectations.

The rooms were tiny and dirty, with stained blankets that didn't match the pictures online. The staff was uncooperative and unwelcoming, failing to offer seating for our group of five. We were left standing outside for over an hour.

When we requested a refund, citing the hotel's failure to meet our expectations, we were told that it wasn't possible due to a "third-party" booking through (link unavailable) This excuse felt like a blatant attempt to deflect responsibility.

We promptly found alternative accommodations and left Anchor Boutique House behind. Our experience was a disaster, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they drastically improve their services.

Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Anchor Boutique Hotel has its pros: it’s in a nice locality, close to everything, with a 7/11 just around the corner. The staff were polite and helpful, which was a plus.

However, my experience fell short of expectations. Based on the reviews, I assumed much more, but my room had several issues—a broken AC that leaked water (though it was eventually fixed), a broken safety box, and balcony windows that didn’t latch. While it wasn’t a nightmare, the lack of maintenance made me want to move out desperately. Don’t fall for the reviews like I did—it’s convenient, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

I initially had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but upon arrival, complications arose. My reservation remained intact until I declined an extra charge for a balcony room. Surprisingly, my room was then given to someone else. Furthermore, after rejecting the additional payment, my booking was abruptly canceled right at the reception. It was disappointing, especially considering the initial confirmation.

While the overall experience was disappointing due to booking complications with the manager, it's essential to highlight the positive aspects. The receptionists displayed exceptional service and were accommodating. Their professionalism stood out despite the challenges posed by the manager during my stay

we reached from the airport at 3am and the booking have been paid and confirmed and money already deducted from my account but once we reach the rooms were full and the front desk was rude and not helpful imagine being in Thailand 3am I'm morning with luggage and don't know where to go worst hotel ever don't book for your own good

Avoid this place at all costs it will ruin your whole experience. I don’t want anyone else to fall victim to this place—— update: no I arrived at your property after making a booking and you had sole my room already and offered me a room with a cat flap as a window that anyone could climb into this is not defaminaton this is a true. You wasted my whole day and caused me a lot of problems

Absolutely disgusting place to be with family. Big no no, the beds were very hard, and rooms were responsive so we could hear people groan the whole night. They didn't change the bedsheets even if we asked for it. The towels they changed was already used by others.
The only good thing was the lovely stuff Nang. She was kind and tried to help us feel comfortable.
