Location: 140 km from airport Bangkok, in the heart of Pattaya, close to many bars, restaurants, and Nightclubs.
Consists of Residences Wing – a 12-storey building (all rooms with balconies), Sunshine Wing – one 8-storey building (all rooms are without balconies), Tower Wing – one 8-storey building (not all rooms with balcony).
Total area: 3 200 m2.
The hotel has 274 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – a fee, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 3 outdoor pools, Laundry, elevators, wireless Internet in lobby (free)
