OZO North Pattaya

Room 1704, August 2024.

The staff was great; friendly, helpful, polite, and patience, especially during some part of the day which seems incredibly hectic with so many customers there.

We had some minor issues with the room during our stay and the staffs were very helpful and prompt. [A special thank to Joe (the technician) for his assistant late into the night when we called and how nice he was, too. 🙏]

The view on the sea side was quite beautiful and definitely one of the things we love about the hotel.

Will Definitely book OZO hotel again in the future when we visit Pattaya.

Maybe because it's a new hotel, the rooms are clean and the facilities are good. Breakfast is good, and the swimming pool is not big, but it's clean. First of all, it's right in front of the sea and there are big shopping malls and massage shops nearby, so it's accessible. Lastly, all the staff are really friendly and especially with the help of KF staff, I had a great time.

Great place to be here for the first time. We had early flight, so we had to wait from 6 am to 12 am for getting our numbers, everything was ok except not having slippers and bathrobe; also our number didn’t have hairdryer, but it was fixed at once after I asked the maid. Views are great if you have seaside.

Overall well designed fun hotel with considerably reasonable price. Suitable for family as there are plenty of activities you can enjoy, such as kid's playground, water slider, pool table and giant chess board.

Service :
At first we got a room on 12th floor, but as soon as we entered the room, the smell of cigarette was extremely strong to the point it caused me migraine. We called the front desk and told them about the situation, and the staff kindly switch us to the room on 16th floor.

Me and my husband booked this hotel for my birthday. The hotel was very sweet to offer me a birthday pastries. A staff came to our room and sang a happy birthday song as he hand the pastries to me. That was truly memorable. Thank you so much!

Room :
We stayed at Deluxe Ocean View King room. The view was stunning. All rooms are NON-SMOKING, so please don't smoke inside a room.

Other than odor issue in that particular room, it was very clean and cozy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We slept very well.

Location :
Super convenient as the hotel is located right across Terminal 21, and a few minute walk to the beach.

Suggestion to the hotel :
1. Please put a more visible sign stating about Non-Smoking law in every room in various languages.
2. Please put a more visible sign stating "Please keep quiet" at corridors on every level. Some people talk loudly as they walk to/out of elevator, and we could hear clearly. Some kids running and screaming as well.

Room was amazing with Ocean view especially sunset view. Close to the beach and terminal 21 with walk distance.

Stayed at OZO North Pattaya for 3 days 2 nights. Was an amazing experience. I love everything here. Great service, accommodation, location and swimming pool! Highly recommended. I will be back for sure. 💙

The biggest thing going for this hotel is the location as it’s steps away from Terminal 21 and Let’s Relax Massage, as well as near several top restaurants.

Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large. The balcony is wide, and if you get a beach view room, you’re presented a wonderful sunset view.

The main negative is the food service. The main resto is only open to serve the buffet Breakfast which is average for a Thai resort. It’s not a bad beeakfast, but options could have been wider.

There is no room service and the only other eating option is at the pool bar. This means you have to eat outdoors if you want a bite in the hotel in the evening.

I have stayed at your hotel for about 3 weeks, room number is 1708. Thank you very much to Miss Muay who cleans for us every day. I give her a 100-point rating. It is absolutely worth it. I would like to praise her here. I hope that the company's senior management will cherish this employee and make good use of it to improve her effectiveness in other aspects. I wish your hotel business will be prosperous
